This company needs to be honest and to commuicate with customers
This amount of money is alot to loose

Ordered 2 x of plants back in September 2025 to be delivered January and February 2026.Have sent multiple emails, with no response. It's a scam!!!!

I have been receiving emails from The Secret Gardening Club regularly. I went onto their website today the 14/01/2026 and was surprised to see a revamped website and that the prices were higher than normal nothing new there. However, on going through the website I see pictures of a gentleman showing some plants and I thought I recognized him. Low and behold his image was on another website called One Click Plants has Secret Garden been taken over.

I made a couple of preorders for delivery in Feb, now their website doesn't exist anymore. No answer to emails. I wonder if my money is gone forever, feeling upset

I would give no stars. I have ordered plants from this company on a number of occasions with no problem, however, in October I ordered logs which, with the delivery, came to over £200. Despite being promised a refund as the order had not been honoured (apparently it was 'missed' although I had received an acknowledgment) I have not received any money from the company and my emails are unanswered. There appears to be no 'phone number for customers and today the website is unavailable. Draw your own conclusions.

Shouldn’t have one star. I ordered plants in April 2024 it is now June still haven’t arrived no messages. I find it hard to get through to them in a email any suggestions!…

Great customer service. 2 of my plants looked a bit crispy when they arrived up to Scotland. Replacements were immediately despatched. I will be ordering plants again from this company.

I ordered from this company on Wednesday and the plants arrived in tip top condition on Tuesday. This is not the first time I have ordered from them and sometimes I’ve had to wait a couple of weeks `but every thing has been okay with the plants. I don’t understand what the liquidation notice is about as the site seems up and running.

Signed up for alerts without googling them and really regretted it when I saw their trustpilot score but today my ordered plants arrived. All 11 plants were £2.99 each and appear to be in healthy condition. The packaging did leave something to be desired as they were a little squished but nothing was broken and a good water later they've perked up and look ready to plant. I appear to be a lucky customer based on their previous reviews but they sent a link to DPD to track the parcel which worked and all of the plants I ordered arrived so I have no complaints :)

No response to my request for a refund. You clearly do not have in stock the plant missing from my order but have taken the payment neverthess. Furthermore, you have not replied either to my email sent before thses two reviews. Jill Sargent LE10 1LN. order6228702

Never but anything from this company. I ordered some tulip bulbs earlier in the year, when they arrived 3 packs were left off my order and 'refund' was written against them on the delivery note.

Despite 3 emails, with no responses, I've still not received my refund.

Ordered tulip bulbs at a 65% discount, which sounded amazing! The bulbs were on back order, delivery was due early October. By late October I emailed them to see when they would arrive, I was told that they were just packing the order. My order arrived very late October. When they arrived 30 bulbs were missing. No mention of the missing bulbs! I had to email them to say that the bulbs were missing from my delivery. Surprisingly, they knew exactly which bulbs were missing even though I had not told them. They are now refunding the money. £6. Don’t do massive discounts if you can’t follow through! Will not order again as the delivery cost is £6.99 which is great value if you get the full order, otherwise not!!

When I first used this Company back in 2022 they were great! The plants arrived on time and were as described. When I ordered in 2023, I had to wait ages only to be told that they could not deliver the plants and that I would be given a credit note as they don’t do refunds. I am still waiting for. Credit note. They don’t reply to emails and I also left my number as a simple call could resolve this issue. Still no luck! Looks like I am going to issue proceedings in the Small Claims Court. I would urge people not to use them as there is clearly no customer service and looking at the reviews they do refund your money swiftly! Really Disappointed! Use another Company if you don’t want the stress!

Ordered a few times and had no issues but recently the orders have been mismanaged. Not fulfilling, taking a week to reply with half assed answers, having to email them again, promises of refunds that never arrive. I gave up in the end and requested a refund via my bank. Not sure what happened to them, perhaps financial issues or change in management but never again from me.

Scammers, do not use. They take your money and don't send out your goods. They have a broken QI code link to customer service. Sent emails no reply. Blocked me from FaceBook for leaving feedback to warn others. I would buy from reputable well known companies in the future and wish I had read the reviews.

I’ve been ordering plants from here for the past few years. Yes, there have been delays recently (only for the very large orders and for the free plant boxes) but they do have those timelines in the delivery section of their website - so you sort of know your orders may be delayed. I am surprised by their customer reviews - not sure what people are expecting when ordering plants. Next day delivery isn’t usually possible for plants - you have to wait for them to be in the right growth stage, watered well etc to be shipped off. I don’t mind a slight delay to my order so long as the quality is good and there is value for money - which there absolutely is and always will be. A few of the plants I ordered were out of stock and I was sent a few free ones as a way of apology from the company. Lovely, healthy plants and very prompt, helpful customer service. Most reviews here sound like they’re coming from people who expect Amazon prime delivery for plants !! (Technically you can have that but that’s absolutely unrealistic if you want quality plants!)

These were great when they started but boy has it tailed off..last two orders, dreadfully delayed. Earliest order heavily delayed and then key items 'were not up to standard so refunded' fine if you haven't waited so long to discover..last order delayed so long it I had to cancelled as there was no point progressing it. Yes customer service responded and refunded but I honestly wouldn't bother again. In fact I asked to come off mailing list (am doing this review because i just got today's offer email through - so that didn't work!). Buy local for me going forward..

My plants arrived all squashed into a box that was far too small. Tall plants litterally bent in half and crushing the medium and short plants. I think only one plant was not damaged. You can't blame the delivery people because the box was not damaged. I have emailed them 3 times with no acknowledgement or replys. I will never be using them again and i recommend you do not use them either.

as to when my order of the 15th May 24 is going to turn up. This is unacceptable
