I easily sold my ticket for the concert that I couldn't attend for personal reasons. This is the purpose of the page, and they did well, what else?

Incredible service and attention to detail! I have been traveling throughout Ireland, Wales, Scotland and the UK. Seatweave constantly kept up with me as I altered addresses for the ticket delivery. I wa continually reassured and when I arrived in. Edinburgh my ticket awaited me at the Concierge Desk and were deliver to my room. I know that this would NEVER happen in the US. I do not mind paying when the service is this special. Thank you Seatweave!!

I liked it compared to other online market places, Seatwave has a very straight forward procedure. Didn't have to give out my phone number and deal with people trying to get discount after sale was made. The Seatwave marketplace is fair. I genuinely couldn't make the dates of the concert and had no use for my ticket. It was very quick process once I uploaded the ad. It prevents fraud by funds only getting transferred after event. Hopefully, this is a deterrent for touts!

Got no tickets!! Had to book other expensive tickets instead, book another flight, etc...

Truly terrible. Ordered tickets for the reading festival sunday entry. Told by seatwave on thursday before that unfortunately there was nothing they could do but the tickets were no longer ours and provided a refund. When we emailed to complain we were told that this was just the way it is with thier service and they cant guarantee anything. As such what really is the point? Just domt get it. Total waste of time.

Nothing short of appalling service. If you had actually called the seller as you said you would in your email, I wouldn’t have been chasing you at the last minute to trying to find out where my ticket was. Ended up not getting a ticket. Can’t see any reason why I would use you again.

They took my ticket and it's over 6 weeks later and I have received no payment and my emails are ignored. Awful company do not use

I received an email from you, with Seatwave's feedback. Told to contact their customer service no. But I had already tried this last week on 3 occasions. It is a joke. One will receive a lot of talking on the line, but no way to speak to anyone. Also, bear in mind I have attempted to send numerous emails to addresses that are not valid.

So I would very much appreciate if Seatwave would reimburse me €238.97. If not, I will have to seek legal advice and proceed.

Website dishonestly states that tickets are almost sold out. Push notifications throughout process make the whole thing stressful.

when I got to the ticket office 30 mins before kick of there was long queues I had to join then an employ of villa park said if your getting seat wave join a deferent queue as these are for people that ordered tickets on the villa site and with in 5 mins I got my ticket and was in time to get to my seat for kick off were if I had stayed in the other it would of been half hr late,

Venduto due biglietti concerto U2 londra 9 luglio sto aspettando ancora di vedere accredito visto che dicono aver fatto pagamento 10 gg dalla data del concerto.....
Allucinante il fatto che non ci sia una mail da contattare ma solo un indirizzo a londra......
