Have been chasing my tickets since last Thursday which was the date they were to be delivered. The script concert is tonight and still no tickets thoroughly disappointed after being reassured time and time again by seatwave customer support. Also they hadn't sourced alternative tickets which I had previously been told they would do. Will never use this site again

I'm due to attend Kasabian tomorrow and my tickets are still awaiting to be uploaded by the seller, very worried now after reading all these bad reviews 😣

I've used Seatwave twice - first time no problems, though on the second occasion (v Norwich, 19/8/17) the Villa ticket office managed to lose a load of references and a good number of fans were left waiting up to 20 mins while ticket office staff had to check all the purchases and print new tickets out - right up to kick off. In the event I was allocated a different seat than the one I had bought (though in the same section). Apart from that...a great service.

I ordered tickets for Aston Villa v Norwich nearly 3 weeks in advance. I received 3 or 4 emails saying you'll be getting them soon. They never arrived and I had to collect them the ticket office on the day of the game. Due to long queues and inadequate staffing we missed the first 10 minutes. Not good.

Had a reply saying they were always for collection, which is not true. I had at least 3 emails saying they were being posted and confirming delivery address

Liars, don't fulfill their own user agreement promise to seek alternative tickets if seller fails to deliver. Customer service rude and will insult customers.

You won't get your ticket and you will be treated horribly. They do not honour any promises and we are taking ongoing legal action for breaking their user agreement and falsely advertising.

Purchased 4 tickets for the U2 concert in Ireland traveling from out of the Country to see the concert. 3 tickets were delivered as requested to my hotel on time. 4th ticket was paid for and expected.... never arrived. Got a great 'unfortunately' from Seatwave the day before the concert (after numerous requests for an update) through .email (no phone numbers available) that indicated the ticket wasn't fulfilled and they were refunding my money. No other options or help to replace the ticket that was now over 200 Euros more than the original CONFIRMED overinflated ticket purchase general Admission ticket. The ticket should have been replaced by the seller or Seatwave. Ticket was paid for and confirmed. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM SEATWAVE what's the point of purchasing early if everyone can just backout last minute. SHAME ON YOU SEATWAVE learn how to do business with integrity. Stacy Gende and family

It just worked out - bought the tickets ... got the tickets!

I bought 2 tickets to Real Madrid game on Wedensday (1 day left). I havent recieved my tickets yet. im trying to contact Seatwave. No answer. Im in malaga and the game is in madrid! I didnt book train tickets yet! I dont know what to do!!!!!

This company should not be trusted. They took my money for tickets for an event, confirmed that everything was on track (several times leading up to the event) and then 2 days before the event they sent me an email saying tickets are no longer available and they would refund my £420 within 10 working days. Utter liars and nothing short of unethical and criminal. Even the email they sent had the line 'sorry for any inconvenience this MAY have caused'. Do not use this site, they are clearly taking customers' money and then reselling the same tickets for a higher price where possible and then leaving the original customer (or customers, who knows) in the sh!t.

Easy to book tickets to U2 Croke Park. Tickets arrived within a week. No problem with ticket validity. I can understand supply and demand but I think Seatwave and it's competitors are making an unfair profit from their high charges to both the purchaser and the seller. A decent profit could still be made at half the charges.

Brilliant service!! Thought I was not going to get my money back for concert tickets not being able to go. Put them up on Seatwave and got an email just the day before the concert about a buyer. You have to upload e-tickets within 24hours of the event so it was close. But delighted they were sold. Got confirmation of the purchase and then received money into my account within 10 days of the event. Great service. Only had to pay the fees, but could have lost full ticket prices so it's worth it.

Good Morning. I bought tickets for Eric Clapton's 3 shows last May but at last night (order 1847109), I was informed that there would be tickets for me and my wife. I was very disappointed with this attitude of the company since I bought the tickets 6 months earlier, I bought plane tickets to London and booked hotel to attend the 3 nights but was informed the day before with a simple refund of your money. I imagined that due to the demand for the show my tickets were sold to other people foi higher prices that I paid and with the company would have greater profitability.Due to this fact, this company can not be considered as serious and I hope I will not be more customer of this company.

I bought 2 tickets paid top dollar and seatwave took my money straight away but it turned out the seller had miss informed seatwave that it was an e ticket not a paper ticket. Seatwave should have seen evidence of the tickets before the seller was allowed to proceed. My personal feeling is the seller got a higher price elsewhere & was willing to take the penalty charge for not completing the sale. After getting my friend & my hopes up of going, on the day of the concert we did not receive a call which I had been promised (after waiting twice on phone lines to speak to someone to find out why the etickets had not been uploaded). I received an email at 1:30pm that I would be refunded my money which could take up to 10 days. Absolute disgrace Seawave, this is not how you should be doing business particularly this attitude to the buyer. Very poor conduct. I shall not be using or recommending Seatwave & I hope others will take heed.

Seatwave are a company not to be trusted. They say that there is no problem with supplying the tickets for the U2 Dublin gig when you speak to them. You plan a whole trip with expensive flights and hotel costs etc. You then land next to the U2 plane only to receive a voicemail to say sorry no tickets - this is despite you paying a lot of money for them about 7 months before the gig and there still being tickets available on their website. They didn't offer any alternative tickets and simply said sorry and that they would refund the money. This is two days before the gig!! Appalling behaviour.

They will say that they never own the tickets etc and that they are a market place as a response. However, they completely mislead me and took no responsibility for the situation or try to help in supplying alternative tickets. They have also had my money for 7 months helping to pay their overheads!

I am seriously thinking about escalating this matter to the press and legal system.

Alfie Boe and Michael Ball Concert - Thetford 24th June. The show itself was wonderful - Seatwave's ticket selling, lack of information and in some cases, wrong information was awful. Ticket price was £35 each ticket, I paid more than £160 and had to print them myself. Start time was misleading and many thought the concert was at 5.00pm (not 7.00pm); the blue/pink car park ticket allocation a joke - on the day it was a total free for all; the seat at the event was chaotic - Boe and Ball commented on stage as to why so many people were still walking about at 7.30 (which was the time the concert started despite the above); I was in row Z - C Block - the lettering went from A - G and then X Y Z which had people wandering around everywhere. The sign-posting to the venue was not good and at one point a steward suggested we went in at the Exit because it made more sense than using an Entrance! Not to mention the time it took to get back onto the main road after the event. I will happily go any time any place to see Boe and Ball but will try very hard not to use Seatwave again.
