Fees are too high.
And there's no way it should take TWO weeks to send me the money for tickets I have sold using Seatwave. It should take TWO days at most!

Bought my tickets to an Alter Bridge concert in Royal Albert Hall. The tickets arrived to my house in Israel very fast. And I had no problems with the tickets. Great service!

Absolute horror show from start to finish. Never had these issues w Ticketmaster (except for them jamming the consumer w nickel & dime charges. Customer service was next to impossible to reach for any questions or issues. Next time I’m in London I will trust ticket scalpers before I trust Seateave

i bought Wales rugby tickets for my brother in law and my boyfriend for an early Christmas present. i jeaed rhis site was a good site for tickets but I paid £75 each for them and today I had them delivered and I looked at the tickets and they were originally priced at £25! I thought it was illegal to do that??? how can people sell tickets more than the original price?? I feel like I've been robbed!

I think you are a bit out of touch, I phoned about the little mix tickets a week before as I had not heard anything you said you would let me no when they were in the post as I had to be in to sign for them, I had a text back to say they were looking into it and again would let me no, then two days before we were going I had a e mail to say I would not be having my tickets, seeing as I booked these tickets for four of us twelve months ago, I was really mad and let down so so disappointed as we were going with my granddaughter as she has had a very bad time and this was a treat for her only to tell her we cannot go you can imagine how upset she was as she really loved little mix only to be let down in the last min, we also booked a hotel and also the train to make it special, all of us were so upset 😭 we went to Manchester as we could not get our money back for the hotel and train many people stayed at the hotel that we were booked when the show was over they all came back to the hotel which was really upsetting as we should have been going how terrible is that. Tickets were cheaper than in other resale websites. Good costumer service.

Ok I know the headlining act on this event was Steely Dan but it was the other band on shown that was the real attraction for me.
I have been a Doobie Brothers fan for what seems like centuries(yes I am getting on a bit!),have tried to get to see them on numerous visits to the USA without joy so when I saw them as making a very rare visit to this side of the Atlantic I just had to be there,a great excuse for an extended trip to Ireland,the concert was a dream come true & they were amazing.
I am also a fan of Steely Dan so seeing them was a huge bonus,a chance to lay to rest the stories I had heard about them being just a 'studio band',certainly not true they also were superb.
Overall a fantastic night,suddenly what seemed like an awful lot of money to see them was all worth it!

I could get a ticket at a decent price to a sold out farewell concert of a famous Finnish young tenor Robin Packalén. I wish this had existed earlier as I have earlier been in several situations where I have been successless in getting a ticket to an event because of quick sellout and now I am happy to know that something like SeatWave exists.

I Will never go through seatwave again, I was let down on the friday for concert scheduled for the Monday, this was for my daughters 14th birthday. Absolutely disgusted - wouldn’t trust seatwave again - communication was dispicable - AWFUL EXPERIENCE 😡

I booked two premium tickets to see Andrea Bocelli at the Ziggo Dome Amsterdam, booked the hotel next to it and Eurostar train tickets. Tickets were booked months before the event. The week before the event no tickets but emails telling me not to worry they were on their way. Then after me chasing I get an email offering me tickets so far from the stage that I would have needed the Hubble Telescope to see the star. What annoyed me was that Seatwave offered them at no extra charge! I asked for my money back but may sue Seatwave for this fiasco. Never again.
