Team in store are amazing
Team in store are amazing, Mark the manager to the sales assistant we dealt with. Sofa not arrived yet so cannot comment on delivery however it appears SCS IT colleagues have built a new system without fully testing.. rolling out for a bank holiday weekend. Clearly issues with the system… as said the on site team were amazing but clearly frustrated with the roll out which caused issues at checkout. The team were professional and did not portray any negative comments . I could have easily walked out … it was down to Mark and his team that I stayed. SCS IT team… take a leaf from your sales staff because your performance based on the sale date is shocking

Great service
The salesman who helped me with my purchase was excellent. He took on board the styles I had seen online and made sure that we worked towards my goal. He managed to show me some alternatives, but was very driven by my needs not necessarily the most expensive. Great service

Quick and efficient
Two very nice guys arrived with my sofa. They were careful when manoeuvring it into my lounge. It was all set up and within five minutes you would not know anyone had been in the house - that is how efficient and careful they were, with all packaging taken away. One of the quickest and efficient deliveries I have had.

We bought a new corner unit in good…
We bought a new corner unit in good faith, the price was originally £745, then went to £935 for the memory foam and then £99 for delivery! We signed up, paid our deposit. Today we changed our mind but looking at the electronic receipt, we cannot cancel the order, apparently we signed this, we were just asked to sign the iPad, nothing was mentioned regarding terms and conditions. We have been mislead.

Great service from start to finish
Great service in store, with different options explained. Wait time shorter than expected and delivery was quick and efficient. I got an email on the morning of delivery advising what approximate time they would arrive and a follow up phone call 1 hour before they actually arrived. All packaging was taken away too.

Found exactly what i wanted. Charlie at wrexham store was on hand for any questions without being pushy or crowding my purchase.would recommend dealing with Charlie at this store as the lady there was rather rude towards him without reason as we confirmed purchase .
