The delivery lads were on time and fast well presented and had the right attitude and with a sense of humor. They work through the heat wave fabulously well done.

We had a delivery at lunchtime
We had a delivery at lunchtime. The staff were very well presented, very polite, friendly, informative and efficient. Due to the heat of the day and it being lunchtime, I did offer a cup of tea for which they declined and said they would prefer water. No problem, they were very grateful.

I felt like I was allowed to browse and…
I felt like I was allowed to browse and discuss with my husband without being hounded.The assistant explained everything but gave us space to think and breathe which was a change as normally I feel intimidated and put off when hounded.

Both positive and negative aspects of purchase
Assistant was knowledgeable about products available she made it easy to make our purchase. However one of the biggest fault in your store is the staff immediately pounce on customer's as soon as you walk into the store which is very off putting.We already knew what we wanted from a previous visit and didn't want or need this type of selling

Recently received our sofa and very happy with how its reshaped our living room. It’s very comfy and spacious so plenty of room for family and friends.
Salesperson David was very kind and helpful when we were purchasing, and Craig and Michael were great with the delivery and installation process.

Outstanding customer service
My mam and I had a very warm welcome in to the team valley shop by Martin. He was very patience with my mam who has dementia and went through everything very slowly and made her feel very comfortable and confident. There was no sales pressure which actually made my mam want to buy from him. 10/10 for customer care and patience. Thank you again for another outstanding experience!

They came on the dot friendly staff put furniture in and together with polite conversation and quickly romoved all rubbish and asked where I wanted furniture and put it there no problem so overall everything was perfect
