We went into the Sunderland branch and were looked after by Derek.He was marvellous in every way and I was very pleased with my purchase at a very competitive price.

Morning. Settee delivered yesterday about 5pm.
I would like to say how good the buying experience from Liam at the store, was pleasant. He was helpful, no pressure.Thank you.
Then SCS text me about 5 times, giving information of delivery, day arranged to suit me,of day, name of crew delivering, and a map which I could follow there van.
The 2 gentleman that delivered, were happy and very pleasant. Put settee where I needed it, were full of apologies for arriving 15 mins late.
All in all the whole experience with SCS was also a pleasure for me, recommended to give them a try.

That was a great experience. I suffer badly with nerves...and this was Great. Was concerned about the slim doors and small hall but they were just brilliant. No bother to them at all.

Very professional, arrived earlier than expected with notification too. Delivery was very smooth and the 2 delivery man team were extremely considerate when entering and leaving, tidy as they went quick execution of delivery and removal of waste items. Sofas are amazing, very happy with SCS from start to finish.

David was professional and helpful without being too "pushy" (which would have sent us running). He secured us an excellent deal for our purchase (thanks also to Liam!).

Very impressed by David’s no hassle, no pressure sales approach and his overall friendly and professional demeanour. He explained things very clearly and was very helpful throughout. This is our 4th purchase from SCS Sunderland and it’s always a pleasure.
I’m sure we’ll be back!

A great service from ScS and their delivery team today, the two delivery lads Mick & Goffy were very polite, courteous and efficient at their job, they phoned ahead to make us aware of their arrival 15/20 minutes ahead, overall a good service.
Also a good word for David in their Sunderland store from which we made our purchase, he too was very helpful.

My experience is I have been pestered by SCS (central office) to give a review. Although, I haven’t yet received the furniture. Why???

The ScS showroom at Sunderland were well stocked with carpets when I visited. John was extremely helpful in selecting some and in arranging a carpet fitter to visit. Independent carpet fitter was professional, worked to a high standard and tidied up after himself. From first visit to installation it was just a little over two weeks. Many thanks for such a pain free experience!

Guys were helpful and put chair together no problem.
The problem was that I only received the chair the guy contacted the company who said the rest was to delivered in March! This is annoying as the lady that dealt with us said it would all be delivered at the same time and I've got my old furniture collected so have only one chair till March

Paul was brilliant to his time and gave us his full attention and was honest in his assessment in what would suit our needs. Would highly recommend SCS

My sofa and chair was delivered as advised. The men put all part’s together . Unfortunately one part of sofa was not connected properly. None of the Velcro fasteners on the arms back of seats and back of sofas were fastened. Luckily a friend noticed and corrected this for me as I couldn’t manage . I did take photos if you would like to see . Very disappointed
