From the moment we walked into the store we were made to feel welcomed. The first thing that hit me was the air freshener being pumped through the air con, it was beautiful. No pushy salesmen, we were left to look around at our own leisure. When we did need some help and advice Connor was there with his knowledge and guidance. With so much choice in fabrics and colours we were struggling to make a decision but eventually we were able to decide. Cannot fault the service and choice of fabrics and furniture. We can't wait for it to arrive.

Ciao was very friendly and helpful. He asked what we wanted and showed use a few sofa’s that he thought would suit what we were looking for. When we saw the sofa Ciao explain and showed use a the fetchers which comes with the sofa. He also, went through the different colours and materials it comes in. Ciao did not rush us for a decision because he gave us time to think about the sofa. He explained the length of the delivery time scale.

Great service after a disappointing start.
I had been really looking forward to the Poltrone sofas arriving in the UK and was pleased to purchase a reduced ex-display model after seeing it in store.
Unfortunately, the sofa arrived faulty, which was disappointing and inconvenient. However, the team at Giltbrook handled the situation professionally. Connor took the time to listen and offered practical solutions, which I appreciated.

I then visited the SCS outlet at Lady Bay also owned by Poltrone, where Yvette provided helpful and professional service, giving me the opportunity to choose a suitable replacement.

My new sofa has now arrived without any issues and looks even better than expected.

While the initial fault was frustrating, the customer service and resolution made a big difference.

Overall, a positive experience.
