I was greeted as I walked into the store, I explained I didn't have a clue what I wanted, I was left to browse the furniture at my leisure (without being hounded), once I found a sofa I liked, Aaron did an amazing job explaining all of the different features included, ranging from the reclining seats, phone charging ports and the surround sound that comes with the sofa that I purchased, the furniture is reasonably priced compared to different stores I visited at giltbrook retail park, all of the staff I spoke to were very professional and friendly, I recommend going to this store.

We were warmly greeted by Chikku. He gave me a fab bag and tape measure. We told him we wanted to browse in peace and after a few pointers he left us to it. As soon as we had queries he helped us with our selections and we were able to find our perfect sofas. A great experience. We visited 3 other stores on the same day and no one else gave the same service.

We attended the store just as it had been done up inside as POLTRONE. It was a pleasant surprise. I was blown away by the variety of choice, the colour options on the walls along with all the different fabrics. That combined with the friendly staff members. Was very happy because this was the only sofa shop I had been made to feel so welcome, supported yet not bombarded or overwhelmed. The team were there when I asked and left me to it when I just wanted to look around, once I’d gave the thumbs up on my choice the gentleman than helped us was honestly amazing. Credit to your team. We were told delivery would be by 3rd July, we received our sofa early on 10th June. The communication was spot on, the delivery team called me when half an hour away. They were professional, friendly and tidy in the delivery and set up. Over all I can only recommend Poltrone sofas to everyone looking for a sofa. These are the best quality sofas I’ve ever had and super comfortable. Thanks ☺️

Popped in to have a look at some sofas. The person who greeted us was friendly, professional and put us under no pressure for a sale. He went through the ranges of sofa options and helped us choose a suitable colour.

He went through all the payment options available to us and was clear when explaining about the delivery date. The sofas ended up arriving a month ahead of the delivery date.

From when the order was placed, we received regular updates on the progress and delivery.

When the sofa was ready, I got emails and text messages about the delivery date. Two days before the delivery I got a am/pm time window. The morning of the delivery I got a 30 minute time window.

The lads who delivered were in and out in less than 20 minutes and did a great job assembling the (recliner) sofas.

The service we received from start to finish has been excellent and we would DEFINITELY recommend shopping here. Well done to all the staff!

After looking for a sofa bank holiday weekend at Guiltbrook retail park poltronesofa stood out immediately with the exceptional customer service when I walked through the door. All the staff had excellent knowledge on the products and were very friendly. I would like specially mention how amazing Paul was and I will definitely be back in the future to purchase a matching set to my chair.

The pre notification of arrival time was very helpful. The sofa was delivered and set up with a minimum of fuss. The delivery men were very efficient and friendly and cheerfully went about their business. Really excellent service from beginning to end. Could not have been better.

We were greated warmly by the staff on entering the store. One member actually remembered us visiting the store from the previous week. My purchase was made easy by by the member of staff explaining everything very well( Joseph I think, Nottingham Giltbrook store).

When we walked in the store we wasn't bombarded with sales assistants which was a pleasant surprise. They were helpfull,polite & wasn't badgered into a sale & would recommend you to friends & family.

Jamil was fantastic in understanding our wants for the perfect sofa and taking us straight to a display model. He was enthusiastic and knowledge, very helpful and overall a credit to the store.

Paul was very good he showed us different chairs we could put with the three seater sofa. We had looked at the sofa on three separate occasions and kept coming back to the same one. He went into the different sizes giving us the width and height so we knew what size we were looking at. Following all his input we ordered our suite.

Warm welcome, friendly service, no pushing for a sale, open, honest and transparent sales process. Joe who served us was so helpful and supportive through out the process.

Joe was lovely and really helpful in describing the features of each piece we were interested in. He didn’t hassle or chase but was there to answer questions about fabrics to suit our requirements. Great styles to choose from too. My brother purchased his sofas from you and is very happy with them.
