Sévices men came within time limit. Installed settees and chair no problem. Asked us to check everything. Very speedy .
Product good. Not as squidgy as I remember in the showroom which was one, well THE main selling point but hopefully with use it will become softer.

Went to the Fosse Park store. Found a new corner sofa and chair. Were told it would take a while for delivery, which was fine as items were shipped from Italy.

We received a text asking whether we were ok to receive part of the order, and if we were, to ring a number on the text. As we only wanted the items delivering together, we didn't reply to the text.

We had delivery of our sofa today. The corner sofa was lovely, the quality can't be faulted. However, the chair was missing from the order. The delivery drivers were rude, barely speaking to us. They said one part of the sofa might need to be delivered via the French doors, so we cleared the area. They then said it'd be fine through the front door.

We asked where the chair was, and they said they didn't know anything about a chair. After they left, we realised they'd damaged our front door, and we couldn't close or lock it! There was no issue with the door before, so they'd obviously forced the furniture through the door despite there being no need to.

Rang the Fosse Park store to chase the missing chair and report the damaged door. Said they didn't understand why the sofa had been delivered without the chair, but said it might be the end of August before the chair is delivered! Then told that there was 'nothing they could do'about the damaged door, apart from phoning it through to their customer line.

Rang their customer line, none of the options got you through to exactly the right option for what the problems were.

This company and their delivery drivers, are an absolute shambles! They were the rudest delivery drivers I've ever known, and the damage to our property was absolutely unwarranted.

They don't care about your experience once they've got your money. Avoid like the plague, the usual sofa companies are a dream compared to these jokers. Keeping your old sofa is a much better option than using this lot.

UPDATE: still have no chair as of 24th August, and Creation, the finance company, want to take the first payment on 5th September when we still haven't received the full order!

Great service in store but told its genuine Italian leather, but if you dig deeper it is leather from Argentina, frame from China but the leather is dyed in Italy which is why the delivery time is so long. If I’m wrong PLEASE correct me.

Anita was a great help, she took her time to understand what we wanted and went above and beyond to help us get what we liked even though we changed our mind so many times. She was calm, friendly helpful and all round a lovely lady and great help. Thank you Anita x

Kieran and Simon, were friendly, polite and very good. They informed us of times they were due and put the settees together very efficiently and made sure everything worked and was okay before leaving.

The young gentleman was very welcoming, gave us advice on everything we were looked at, this was very useful when we made our decision, we will recommend the good service to our friends and family.
