Good customer service at the store

Good customer service at the store. The wait time (about 4 months) was worth the wait. The delivery men were very helpful, made sure the settee was in place, plugged in and working. Told us any problems "get in touch". Couldn't do enough making sure we were satisfied customers, which we are.

Professional …

From walking into store our experience was 100% from the nice smell throughout, The sales team were very professional very knowledgeable not pushy not over bearing , helped with our choice of settee n chair wonderful experience
