Delivery on time by 2 friendly and helpful delivery drivers, they communicated well regarding delivery time. They removed all the rubbish and assembled the suite quickly and efficiently. Delighted with my purchase.

I chose the shop in Great Western Road retail park. Shannon was a fabulous help, guiding me through the whole process of selecting the right product for my needs without, any pressure. My new chair and footstool will be perfect additions to my existing two sofas I bought previously from SCS. Thank you Shannon.

The delivery staff were excellent. Sofa put together quickly and efficiently.

My husband and I were looking for a new sofa and had looked at this particular one a few times. We went into buy it and the salesman sat with us for about half hour showing us the sofa. Both my husband and daughter were sitting on the recliner seats and he showed us how to work the head tilt on it. This is a media couch so has the speaker and media unit with it. We told him this is the couch we want. Chose the fabric and colour we wanted and paid for the couch. We bought the insurance as advised due to the electrics on it. If anything went wrong with the recliners, head tilts or media unit we could make a claim. Fast forward to delivery day. Our beautiful new sofa doesn’t have any recliners or head tilts. The salesman’s attitude was u signed for it. We went to the shop twice and the first day he could remember us being in n spoke about what happened in the day. The next day he seemed to have some sort of memory loss. Couldn’t remember any conversations we had. Taking absolutely no responsibility. Said he went away and double checked the order with another colleague although the colleague didn’t ask us any questions and then the regional managers attitude was. “First question did they sign for it. Well that’s it then” as repeated back to us. Avoid at all costs.

We were keen to follow up our interest in the suite that we had seen on TV adverts. The showroom staff member Kenny? was friendly and professional with our transaction and we were given ample opportunity to browse other products in the range. However the delivery time seems quite long but is understanable due to the manufacturers location.

Great service from Shannon at the Great Western road shop in Glasgow. Explained everything provided plenty details and kept in contact after our initial visit to the store without any hard sell. Can’t comment on the products yet as they’re not due til September.

Steve, one of sales people, was extremely helpful, without being pushy. He explained a few things when we entered the store, and left us in peace to get on and look around. He was then quickly available to answer out questions. We bought a sofa, to be delivered later.
I also really like the layout of the store, with the swatches of fabric clearly displayed beside the sofas. Assuming everything goes well later at delivery point, I will definitely return.

Steve who served us was so patient, non-invasive. He allowed us to walk around and look at the other furniture.
My elderly mum was buying a chair & 2 sofas and Steve was very considerate and did not rush us.

We were happy with the service we received. Hopefully our couches come nice and quickly. I did find that the sales advisor was aiming everything at my husband (answers to my questions, giving him all leaflets etc). I found it a little assumptive that it had nothing to do with me. But, we were happy with our deal and he was prompt with everything.

I went in for a look about and the young man Kenny was amazing, I knew what I was looking for and he was so helpful and I felt I had enough time to walk about and have a look without being pressured into buying something, excellent customer service and would highly recommend using your store

When my son and I went into the shop to have a look for a two seater settee and two chairs. Kenny came up to us and introduced himself and asked us if he could help us. Kenny explained everything about the materials we could get on any suite. Kenny showed us around the shop and let us just look at our own ease.
When we picked a suite Kenny was there to help us. A lovely shop and very friendly staff as nothing was too much for them to help.
