Excellent delivery service. Very corteous staff and knowledgeable. Delivery dates correct also. However I do wish to buy a matching chair for the suite but I am not spending an atrocious £129 on delivery especially when my last delivery was free.

Everything went according to plan.

Post ordering we were well aware there would be two or three month lead time. We received notification re delivery a week and half prior to delivery date and then message day before and day of.

The sofa and chair themselves are comfortable, and as per sampled in store. The guys in branch talked through options; features, material and colours to choose from.

We took out 0% finance, the entire transaction took around 30 to 45 minutes.

Whole family is happy with the new seating.

Great sofa, Great delivery (Thanks Lads!) Only issue was I was advised by the Sales Adviser that my sofa would be delivered on the 10th of June but didn't arrive until the 1st of July? Which wasn't ideal as I'd had my old sofa & chairs removed in preparation for the earlier scheduled date. Other than that satisfied with the experience overall.

Thomas was lovely. Was able to answer every question, but didn’t pressure us on any way.

We were also very lucky to get such a great deal!

Really pleasant experience buying a couch from Chris at Poltronas. He was knowledgeable fruendly and took the time to show us all the couches we wanted to see. He spent extra time talking over each one and we walked away happy. An excellent representative of the company! Thanks!

The delivery was earlier than time slot? we were contacted when they were on the way which meant it freed me up for the rest of the day

Delivery service great. However we weren't so happy about the fact our delivery date was nearly a month earlier than told. I had even checked recently to make sure it was still to be 24th July. This early delivery meant we were in the middle of renovations. We thought we could ask for our delivery to be a couple of weeks later to be told no. If we wanted to pay £40 a week for storage it could be done. As we were willing to wait nearly 4 months for the sofas we thought Poltronesofa would give us some leeway. We had said we w.ould accept an earlier delivery which is why I phoned to check and was told it would still be 24th July. Will not be recommending this firm to our friends and family.
