Nice delivery men. They laid blankets down to protect floor while they delivered sofa.

The two guys did their best to limit damaging/marking walls, banisters and the ceiling but marks and damage did occur. In their defence, a town house with a spiral staircase is never easy to manoeuvre such large objects.

Ordered it in January to be delivered in March and now it’s April still waiting for it. I paid cash for all the furniture no contacts no information. Nothing I will not be using this service again.

SCS sofa delivered by Bonaci Courier 4 – delivery with attitude! Upon arrival I asked if it would be possible for the old sofa to be moved outside (Clearabee who SCS recommend hadn’t arrived yet to remove the old sofa – you would think there would be some communication between the two companies so that I’m not left with two sofas) but the delivery crew refused. In addition, they complained about taking the sofa down a flight of stairs from the roadway to my front door. Even though I explained this to SCS when ordering the sofa this information clearly wasn’t passed on. The crew eventually agreed to deliver my new sofa but still complained about getting it through the front door and into the front room. Photos were then taken by the delivery crew of the doors and the new sofa in situ after it was unwrapped and the feet fitted. I was emailed a time slot of 12.20-12.45pm. I was called at 1.20pm to say their eta was an hour. Delivery was eventually received at 2.45pm. Overall, a very disappointing experience bearing in mind the cost charged for delivery. As for the sofa, it’s comfortable but creaky. When sitting down and leaning back, it creaks. The noise seems to be coming from the backrest, although I do not know from where exactly. I hope this settles down with use, if not then I'll be in touch with SCS

Larry is very helpful and he assisted us so much. Giving us his full attention and time for our enquiries and clarification about the delivery, insurance, malfunction, repair etc.. He is an asset to the company.

I visited the store in dartford 26th March , quite impromptu looking for a rise recliner chair for my 86 year old Dad coming home from
A care home after 18 months . I was greeted by Em . From the moment she started talking I knew she knew her knowledge and she was so personable . ‘Em was so helpful and went out of her way to help me she was also great fun and made the experience as it should be in retail a pleasure .
I purchased a lovely chair for £700 .., if only nipped into town for some hot cross buns … thats an excellent salesperson and customer centric retailer in my opinion and I do have over 30 years of retail management
