When I ordered set a I was told that I would have a phone call the day before it was due to be delivered this did not happen I did have a text say that my item should be in the warehouse a one day and be delivered another day but would be confirmed the day before with the text well I got a text our past six the morning it was due for delivery I don't think that is very good practice for a business

Furniture arrived on time
Furniture arrived on time. Simon and Alex, the delivery men gave us quick and efficient service, they were so friendly and polite. Even though it was pouring down with rain and the sofa was a tight fit into the room. They performed very professionally. Brilliant service cannot fault the company or the people.

What a lovely experience we have had…
What a lovely experience we have had with SCS from start to finish, we went to Dartford store to select our new suite and Paul who served us was very professional and polite, he did not harass us he left us alone until we was ready with our decision not like other suite places that jump on you as you go through the door. So we ordered our new suite and was informed of the delivery date, the drivers informed us of our time slot and we could track them as to how far away they was, they turned up and was also very polite and helpful. I would highly recommend SCS for your next suite, we are very happy.
