Will not respond to a compaint
I bought a battery which failed in less than a year. I made a complaint from their webpage and there has been no response after 14 days. They say they willtry to respond in 48hrs and are open 7days a week.
i have sent several e-mails and still no response.
They charge 7p a minute on the phone which no doubt is how they increase their profits and decrease their customer service.
Don’t use this company
Will not be using this company again. Ordered 2 items and only one arrived. Sent two emails both of which have been ignored. Rang customer services - no apology, just said missing item would be sent out. Still not received it.

Problems right from the start when…
Problems right from the start when ordering. Product was faulty so emailed their customer service department. They never replied so I phoned their customer service number and they constantly lied and made excuses and promised to phone me back and surprise surprise they never did. I phoned again and asked to speak to the customer service supervisor Ms H.Gittins who after a lot of bad excuses said she would refund me and guess what three weeks later still no refund! The most incompetent company I've ever dealt with! I would have given them 0 stars but it wasn't an option.
I ordered 3 carpet runners
I ordered 3 carpet runners, that did not turn up even though they were stock items, the money was taken from my account. i tried with out success to contact Scotts until May I was then told that the item had been discontinued and so had to ask for my money back.
No apology not even a sorry. This will be the last time I order from here, I was a long time cusomer.
I recently purchased a 5 litre neostar…
I recently purchased a 5 litre neostar perma therm water boiler, it is now 3 weeks later and over the past 5 days it has developed a fault where the green LED screen flickers and the black digits disappear and/ or the water does not dispense with the pump making a deep moaning noise ( like it's run out of water). I called customer service who told me that i may be just in time to return it and to print a label and contact the courier company to collect and return at my cost (£6.95) this can take 5-10 days where they will test the function and if found faulty ( it's an intermittent fault, 4 out of 6 days it's done it for me lasting up to an hour .... I have video evidence.....so luck of the draw is it may not do it for the duration of the test), IF found faulty they will send a replacement if not they will return the faulty one back to me again at my expense. So having spent £70 on the kettle 3 weeks ago may end up costing me an extra £13.90 for postage only to receive my original faulty kettle back with a fault that appears to be getting worse AND be left without a kettle for at least 3 weeks. So the moral of the story is SCOTTS OF STOW faulty returns policy really suck their customer service department is ignorant, incompetent and deplorable at best. My advice is save Ur money and buy elsewhere and if Ur thinking about this kettle buy it from B&Q who have a 12month no quibble returns policy. This is my second kettle of this type and that lasted me 8 years with no issues

Poor experience ordering
I went online to order two items which I had sen in a Scott’s of Stow catalogue. Only one was available but the website was advertising 20% off so I was not unhappy. I tried twice to place the online order, but it did not go through, so I had to telephone.
Spoke to a very nice man who ordered both items for me and applied the code, stating it was 20% off. I now have my order confirmation with no discount applied.
Complete shambles. I will report back on the reply to my query re: discount

I placed an order one month ago, money taken straight away. I have still not received my order. I cannot get through to anyone on the phone and my emails are ignored. Terrible customer service.

Take to long to despatch goods. No customer contact. I have ordered from company's in Scotland and have received goods in a matter off days Scotts of Stowe customer help is none existent shall not order from them again.
Extremely disappointing service and communication
I ordered a scarf ring before Christmas along with other items. It didn’t arrive with the other items. Despite numerous emails I got no response. After waiting on the phone for almost half an hour I finally got to speak to someone who agreed to send me the item. Bear in mind I had already paid for this item. The item arrived a month ago. So 3 months after I ordered and paid for it.
As a small gesture of goodwill, when I insisted, I was promised a small refund. I am still waiting.
Very poor communication
Contacted the company 3 times by phone and sent an e-mail about damaged ladders I had to return. No response from e-mail and conflicting information about when my ladders would be replaced. Very poor communication. There are plenty of other places to shop ....................
Delay in receiving order
Ordered a drainer on 11 March being advised it would be with me within 10 working days. I contacted Customer Services last week to be told that the item would not be in stock until the end of MAY. There had been no contact from Scotts advising me of this delay However payment had been taken on 11 March !!! Customer Service seems sadly lacking.

Just spent over an hour on phone to get an explanation. Recorded message repeats four times an hour. I have therefore been told "Thank you for your patience. Did you know we have a shop in the Cotswolds?... over 240 times but nobody answers the phone. Inexcusable!
Paid for item but not received it after almost 4 weeks
Ordered a rug at end of Feb, returned it for a larger size on 1st March, item still not received - they still have my money and I have no rug! Phoned several times, just given excuses after holding on the phone for over 20 mins on a 7p per minute “customer services” number. Ended up putting the phone down on me last time! I am a long-standing customer but will not be ordering anything else from them again. I am now in contact with citizens advice as to how to get my money back.

Purchased from bloom.uk who sadly use Evri who claimed to have delivered but didn't so will not be using this company again until they use a professional courier. Who you do business with unfortunately damages your image too as it shows poor judgement and ethics.
Appalling customer service
Ordered a duvet cover 1/3/24. Emailed asking where is it 14/03/24.no response back.Rang customer service 19/03/24 on hold 23 mins and gave up. Rang line to place new order and was answered immediately. Apparently my duvet is no longer in stock. Had my money 19 days and no contact from them. Awful way to treat customers
