Terrible customer service
I ordered some shoes online on the 24th May it said she would receive them between the 30th May and the 6th June. It is now the 12th June and when I check online it says 'in picking' so it isn't even dispatched yet. I paid £6.95 for postage which is extortionate for such slow service. I have tried to phone customer services on numerous occasions only to be cut off each time. I have also tried to submit an email online but there is no way to send it on the form! This is completely unacceptable service. Please can someone from Scott's of Stow contact me as soon as possible to sort this out.

very poor at resolving faults
Whilst initial delivery was acceptable, when one of the items was faulty it took a lot of time and a complicated procedure to resolve it. First I had to photograpgh the fault and e-mail them, then send the item back, then wait. I am sure EVRI delivered the item back to them within about two days. Eventaully after waiting nearly three weeks, I telephoned them to chase up the replacement. What a coinicidence it was despatched that day!

I ordered a weed burner from this company using a offer code the item was 49.95 and had a £20 offer code which I supplied when ordering on line within 20 minutes 49.95 was taken by the company from my bank. when I phoned I was told the 20.00 would be returned to my bank account within 3 to 4 working days. today I called and was told they had no idea about this transaction and they said it would be sorted out I asked the person who is called Ryan to if I could speak to his manager and was told he cannot transfer calls and he also told me he could not tell me his surname. A shocking way to do business will not be using this company in the future.
My order came - albeit a little late
I ordered a (usually) very expensive sun-lounger at a reasonable price. Then I learnt that the company had gone into/had been in administration and the internet was awash with negative reviews! I was very worried, especially when I was told it would be delivered on Thursday and it didn’t arrive. Then - after a few days of anxiously waiting - it came on Monday. However, I have taken off a star for the late delivery and for failing to mention their recent problems and the steps taken to address these in order to reassure customers. Other than that, I am very pleased with my item, which was much cheaper from Scott’s than anywhere else, (almost half price). Maybe I was lucky, or perhaps they are getting their act together- hopefully it is the latter.

Dreadful customer service after faulty bench
Ordered bench, which was faulty when came. This was followed by dreadful customer service and delays and now told that they can’t replace as they’ve sold out. Maybe if their customer service was better and they responded in time they may still have had a bench to send me. They kept apologising but did nothing, so the apologies were hollow. Will never buy anything from them again. Would have given zero stars if could.
Taken money knowing they were going into administration
Order bedding in January 23 , delivery date was stated as 2nd Feb 23.
They sent a note saying delivery was delayed until May 23.
Received a letter to say went into administration and they are "unable to support " in respect of the order and offered a £20 voucher.
All seems very dubious and crooked. Have raised a dispute against the payment with my bank.
My money was taken, no goods delivered, no money refunded
My money was taken for an order I made from Bloom UK, one of the Scott's of Stow brands. It was an important gift and it didn't arrive and there is no tracking information against my order on their portal. I had no reply to the message sent on the online form contact they advise to use if you have querying about your order, I couldn't get hold of them on the phone (held for nearly half an hour) and when I then sent an email, it took days to be responded to and they told me to do exactly what I told them in the email that I had tried, but hadn't worked. So I emailed back again three days ago and have not received any reply since then. My only option is to request that my bank tries to claw back the money, which is going to be a job, collating the details, bank statement, etc, etc. One order online has cost me so far four hours of my time. I could have made the damn flowers and walked the 10 miles to deliver them myself in that time... I wish we could go back to the times when buying nice things could be done in shops...

You have read the awful reviews so take note. This company has a justified dreadful reputation for customer service. They will not honour guarantees after they went into administration (again) this time leaving £8m of debt. Do not buy from them!!

Dishonest Company
On 6th. April I ordered a door canopy at a cost of £119. On the 13th. April I received an email stating that the estimated delivery date would be between the 15th June to the 22nd of June 2023. As this was unacceptable I cancelled the order and after not getting a response from Scott's rang to confirm the cancellation. I was then told a refund would take 2-5 working days. After this time passed and I had not received my refund I rang today, 21st. April 2023, to be informed that Scott's had an IT problem and refunds would take up to 10 days. I asked for a cheque but no they could only refund to the original payment method. I then pointed out that payment should not be taken if they have not got the goods. Lo and behold, I have just had a telephone call to say that Scott's of Stowe have gone into liquidation which they must have known when they took my money. Avoid this company.

Don't order anything from Scotts of Stow.
I purchased a £300 music centre which I found was very poor for a sterreo music centre. i returned the centre to them and did receive a cheque for £270.
However when I paid the cheque in it bounced and I couldn't get a replacement from Scotts.
Today I received an email saying "I regret to inform you, that on 9th March 2023, Scotts Limited went into Administration."
Shocking service
Order made and paid for in February still not complete. No communication as to when outstanding item will be arriving. Phone never answered! Emails not responded to.
Poor service.

Shockingly bad company they would get 0 stars if that was an option ! My Mum had to return some shoes as very poor sizing so they sent a cheque as a refund which bounced !! Phoned them another cheque was promised surprise still not sent after a month can't get through to customer services . Come on Scott's of Stow sort it before it gets taken further !
