Sadly have to give 1 star and that’s not even what this company is awarded. It’s clear this company is shitty ran company. There games are ALL RIGGED! Their costumer service is the the worst I’ve ever had to deal with. They simply do not care about customers only the money they generate off customers very sad. I no longer play any of there games and will do everything to expose this shitty ran company and try to keep other people from going through what most of us as customers have gone through. They should just banned this company from the U.S. so hopefully when people around the world see all these reviews it’s clear that globally there are not above 2 stars that is sad and speaks high volumes to the ones who read and listen to review world wide. SCOPElY IS A JOKE OF A COMPANY AND BUISNESS THAT SHOULD BE BANNED IT SELF AS IT DOES ITS COSTOMERS!!!!

This company shouldn't be operating this game. Gene Roddenberry, god rest his soul, would be turning in his grave, if he could see this. Paramount really need to audit this company, as their name is attached to it. Help is a poor AI automated service with a 72+ hours per non caring response from someone who introduces themselves then vanishes leaving you to wait for another 72+ hours.

Charge people £100's of pounds for a mobile game that doesnt work, customer service they just palm you off, if you even get a reply. Scopely you are a Multi billion pound company who doesnt seem to be able to afford software developers. Whole company is a joke

They treat their users with contempt when you try to report an issue you get the same response every time and they tell you it’s because you are not betting high enough (so much for gamble awareness) to fix the issue

Worst customer service ever. Game is rigid so events are impossible to complete. It’s impossible to finish the card sets. Have been playing for 2 years and every set I’m left needing 1 gold card for weeks and never get it. Done!

This place is a COMPLETE FRAUD , STAY AWAY FROM THEIR GAMES , the company completely banned my account because I entered a dice giveaway that’s being posted everywhere , apparently they weren’t hosting the giveaway so anyone that won got suspended , previously I would use boosting services but didn’t know it was a violation so I stopped doing that. This giveaway was posted on their own Facebook trading site so it was only obvious that I would think they teamed up with IGGM to host the giveaway , and because I didn’t know they weren’t involved I got my account banned. I tried to explain that this giveaway was on their own site but they would not even let me explain it to them … there company is a complete fraud 110% PAY TO WIN site , be careful at all costs , this company , only a matter of time to a class action law suit and I’m going to be there to share everything!

They make it almost impossible to contact them. I have removed the app and will not use or recommend them to anyone. You must be desperate to download their app. I joined a real scrabble club where you meet people play scrabble and chat over a cup of tea.

This company are a disgrace, they tell their players lies about engineering problems being attended too, I have been complaining for 1year and 3months about the screen sizing issue and was told on several occasions that engineers have it in hand🤬🤬🤬 fkin lies❗️all they care about is players spending money.
IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT JOINING A GAME THIS COMPANY OWN, DONT THEY WILL NOT GIVE ANYTHING BACK FOR THE MONEY YOU SPEND.

The put my in game chat on permanent ban. It's been 4+ years and support is no help. Making a new account doesn't work either. The entire game should be deleted and the company destroyed!!

STFC funktioniert so gut wie kaum. Jedes neue Event/Arc ist voll mit Fehlern, die selten wirklich behoben werden. Total unseriös, wie die ihre Firma führen.

Zero customer service.
Ripped off on in game purchases and they blame it on oversite.
No refund....basically called me a liar after I proved myself to them.

How do they still have a licence they milk every penny they can get from you and if you complain about them you are treated like crap

I play Scopely's Star Trek Fleet Command and have done for about 18 months. This game, although mildly entertaining, is solely aimed at getting as much money from you as possible over an extended period of time. It is impossible to play this "free to play" game competitively and you will be forced to spend exorbitant amount of cash to improve your chances of success, unless you are content with everyone killing you all the time. It is full of bugs and you have to restart the game very, very frequently, which is bad if you are in the middle of a fight or selecting options in menu. The bugs make the game very frustrating to play and if you complain to Scopely they still do very little to help. Today, for me, the game bugged out on a ship menu and when I restarted 15million Latinum resources had been spent that I did not want spending. I contacted Scopely and it was a waste of time. Customer services, I use that term loosely, said there was nothing they could do and then shut down my complaint ticket.
If you still decide to play STFC, you better have deep pockets because they will fleece you big time with inflated prices on add ons etc. My advice is avoid like the plague. I will never get another Scopely game in my life.

Scopely encourages bullying. If you are sexually harassed, called homophobic or racist names and file a complaint, they will do nothing about it. It goes ignored and the abuse continues. All they care about is the whales who spend the money and they do the bullying. All they care about is keeping the whales happy. Had a whale compare a war with a Jewish alliance like the holocaust. People filed complaints and they did nothing about it. Why have a Terms Of Service if Scopely isn't going to enforce it? You filed a complaint, get a bot to answer and never hear anything back. They close the ticket. I am currently being bullied by the biggest alliance on our server to deactivate my account and quit because I wont bow to them and play the way they tell me to. I have been marked permanently kill on site. According to their TOS, that is bullying and keeping me from playing the game in peaceful and respective manner. I filed a complaint and asked to be transferred off the server and was told no. Star Trek Fleet command…

Scopely has ruined a great game. They have run off most the serious competent players. 90% of the players are bots/ frauds. The rest are mostly scammers and imposters

Every time you have a go it tries to force you on to addictive gambling sites :(
