I’ve been playing Monopoly Go for about 3 years now…2 accounts on 2 different devices. Haven’t played any different but had to switch devices for one of my accounts and suddenly a few days ago one of my accounts were suspended for violating terms of service, but when asked for specifics they couldn’t provide them due to privacy reasons yet they seem to know a lot more about my phone than I do. All they could tell me is that their system detected a suspicious app on my phone, but I’ll never know WHAT that is. So deleted that account and may delete my other one as well. Customer Support is a complete joke!!

Je krijgt haast geen xp meer als je en reeks van 7 dagen hebt bij scopely gaat alles om geld het is nu en Pay to win spel en toen het van niantic was kreeg je nog 42000 xp als je 7 dagen vol had bij en lucky egg nu nog maar 7600 ik heb hem verwijderd dit waardeloze spel niantic had dit nooit aan scopely moeten verkopen ook zijn de remote raid passen 2 keer zo duur nu ook heeft scopely plannen om geen munten meer de geven als je uit en gym wordt gegooid 1 ster is nog te veel want dat is het eens niet meer waard ik ben al sinds 2018 en speler van dit spel maar als dit zo door gaat kap ik er mee had om 5 over 12 deze reeks bereikt in de nacht van mij krijgen ze geen één cent meer en dan ook nog de zeggen dat de app op en iPhone op dit moment slechte is dan op Android

Credo di essere stato hackerato prima che mi rivolga alla postale risolvete gentilmente il problema su Monopoly go. Dopo essere stato bannato perché usavo emulatore peraltro da 3 anni senza problemi, mi e' stato detto di usare un apparecchio mobile, e così ho fatto, ma ora e' già due volte che non posso gareggiare in squadra perché mi appare la dicitura che ero stato sospeso, ma da due mesi che ho abbandonato l' emulatore, direi che si esagera, risolvete il problema prima che mi rivolga ad un avvocato. Già Pokemon Go prima era pieno di bug!
Grazie a voi della SCOPELY è peggiorato in TUTTO(pieno di lag e difetti vari, aumentati i prezzi degli elementi pay ti play, o pay to win,....).
Bisogna essere dei veri geni per fare così schifo!

Ich spiele „Tiki Solitaire TriPeaks“ nun schon seit Jahren und habe enorm viel Zeit und Energie in das Spiel investiert. Bei einem der letzten Tier-Events (Animal/Pfoten-Events) kam es jedoch zu einem schweren technischen Systemfehler: Mir wurden satte 14,5 Millionen mühsam erspielte Münzen einfach unterschlagen und nicht gutgeschrieben.

Der Kundenservice von Scopely ist eine absolute Enttäuschung. Man wird mit pauschalen Standard-Antworten abgefertigt, bei denen sich das Team nur auf interne „Konto-Protokolle“ beruft. Es findet keinerlei echte Prüfung statt und eine Erstattung oder Kulanzregelung wird für treue, jahrelange Spieler komplett verweigert.

Kundenservice wird hier absolut kleingeschrieben. Es ist extrem bitter zu sehen, wie unzuverlässig das System bei Events läuft und wie egal man dem Publisher als treuer Spieler ist. Ich kann nur ausdrücklich vor diesem Spiel und den unfairen Support-Praktiken von Scopely warnen!!!

this criminal company is continuing to cheat and scam. Scores are updated BEFORE the player takes its turn. Forces you to watch other scam companies ads which freeze up your phone and requires constant turning phone off and on. I can see from other players that they are being scammed daily and money is being stolen from them (hence the terrible score of 1). This is definitely not a legitimate company

Beaucoup d attente entre les jeux des joueurs car la pub vient sans cesse, ça coupe l envie de jouer ... j ai annuler mon compte après 3 parties tellement c est insupportable !

Bugs die nicht oder nur ungenügend behoben werden und beim nächsten Update wieder im Spiel sind. Support unterirdisch schlecht, entweder nur ein Bot der oder vollkommen inkompetente Mitarbeiter die den Spieler mit Zwang im Spiel halten wollen. Um auszusteigen muss man mehr Dokumente bringen als bei der Steuererklärung beim Finanzamt. Hier wird man von Anfang an nur über den Tisch gezogen. Kann nur jedem davon abraten sich damit zu beschäftigen, es kostet nicht nur euer Geld sondern auch noch eure Nerven. Events die nicht spielbar sind und keine Chance auf eine Siegprämie geben. Alles in allem das schlechteste Spiel was ich bisher gespielt habe Online. Vom Support ganz zu schweigen.
Schade das man hier keine Minusbewertung abgeben kann sonst würde ich eine 6- geben. Habe 3 Jahre Zeit verloren. Ohne das Geld was da drin steckt.

Ich spiele Star Trek Fleet Command seit ca. Einem halben Jahr und muss feststellen das es immer weniger Spaß macht. Die Paket kosten meist alle 99euro und im Allianzturnier wird es für Spieler die wenig bis garnichts ausgeben und klein sind unmöglich irgendwas abzuschließen. Leider zu einem Pay to win Spiel geworden, sehr schade....es tut sich auch nichts was in eine bessere Richtung geht, selbst Spielprobleme sind immer wieder da...traurig!

I feel my phone has been hi-jacked, this is only my sixth day and seventh game with this app. I played and enjoyed six games with three human opponents and now, just into the seventh game I am hit with an ad that I can't get rid of. It's for a phone cleaning app on Google play, it won't let me go back to the game unless, I suspect, I click on the install button.
This ScrabbleGo app and probably every game by Scoplay is damn right rude and aggressive.

The in game support in appalling. Just automated responses and closing the conversation from customer service teams which seem internationally based and are rude: don’t spend money on Pokemon go as if there is an issue they will not put it right.

I repeatedly asked to speak to a manager as an item I paid for was lost due to a glitch. The customer service person repeatedly sent me irrelevant standard responses and then when I asked to place a complaint about her kept closing the conversation.

The game (Yahtzee), is fun with various twists. The really frustrating thing is that your coins simply disappear. So you start with 300, play a game and lose, leaving you 220. You're offered 2 FREE rematches then taken to the purchase menu. When you check your balance (which should still be 220), it's below 80, so you can't continue without purchasing more. So there is no such thing as a free rematch.

Aber der eigentliche Skandal kommt erst beim Support-Versuch:
❌ Der In-Game-Bot blockiert jede menschliche Hilfe.
❌ Eure offiziellen Support-Mails (⁠dpo@⁠) wurden einfach abgeschaltet (Delivery Failure!).
❌ Euer offizielles Datenschutz-Formular auf der Website ist fehlerhaft – Monopoly GO fehlt dort komplett in der Auswahlliste! 🤦‍♀️
Ihr verbarrikadiert euch digital, um bloß keine Spieler-Anfragen bearbeiten zu müssen? Nicht mit mir! Eine formelle DSGVO-Beschwerde nach Art. 22 und Art. 15 liegt bereits direkt auf dem Tisch eurer Rechtsabteilung (⁠legal@scopely. – inklusive der Ticket-ID aus eurem System! ⚖️ Die 30-Tage-Frist läuft!
Schaltet meinen Account endlich manuell frei und fixxt euer kaputtes System! 💥

I have been unable to continue playing ScrabbleGo. Adverts appeared on screen which could not be deleted, I have uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times and may get a couple of games before the same thing occurs. I have been given at least two new player names, all my contacts and match history have been deleted and my complaints to Scopely have been met with unhelpful replies, Bitterly disappointed, as are the friends I played with for several years.

My account on Monopoly Go! was suspended the first time about 5 days ago. It was indicated that I violated their Terms of Service. They investigated and found that there was no reason for the Suspension and supposedly removed the suspension from my account, but the message kept popping up. Everything was fine until last night when the message popped up again. I am a 66 year old retiree and this was the only game I wanted to play. I made friends, joined partner events, bought packages through the In-apps and the Tycoon Club. Now all that has been destroyed by this very bad experience. I learned that Scopely is not even on the BBB site. THIS IS A SHAM and has implications that they do not care about their players.

They suspended my account. There was 0 reason to do so as I dont use any cheats or 3rd party apps. When I tried to get a supervisor or a reason was basically told too bad so sad. I have spent 100s with them. They dont care about their players. I also provided proof it was a glitch on their end and they still refused to do anything.

They are scammers as well and they're working with tap Joy in there are not paying out rewards but they're taking your money that you're put into the game and they lie and say the rewarding you a certain amount and don't do not play Monopoly to go do not support this game I don't care how exciting and look how fun it looks all it is is taking your money and consuming your time and energy for nothing

Vil helst ikke give stjerne for service. Med mindre det er minus skala på 10 så havde i fået 20.Hvor er det svært at få sine rewards og terninger med til anden mobil. Det er samme accunt, har blot ændret user navn på denne mobil. Ellers er jeg samme sted mht spil. Jeg fandt den gamle mobil.og laver hotspot og kommer i tanke om (som jeg også kan se) at da i ændre det fra tickets til energy fik jeg 1300 i engery for flere hundrede tickets dårlig handle samt vinder 2 gange jackpot i træk på spin. Derfor 340 terninger som jeg ønsker overflyttet til denne mobil. Jeh har nu brugt 2 dag, aftner og nætter på service hvor de har fået foto af den anden konto, får et nr da jeg har brug for at sove så kan jeg forsætte dagen efter og igen . Kommer Ingen vegne. Hvad det hedder help for og hvorfor der går et par timer før en agent er på. For ikke at gide at læse oppe fra, nej jeg må gentage gang på gang. Imponerende stykke arbejde fra scorpelys side.
