Es macht keinen Spaß, wenn die App schummelt. "Ölspur" wurde nicht als gültiges deutsches Wort akzeptiert. Angeblich sei es nicht im Duden zu finden. Der"Duden" ist abgebildet mit dem Duden-Symbol als ob ein Link besteht. Ich war in der Duden App und natürlich ist"Ölspur" ein legitimes Wort.
Außerdem hat der digitale Gegenspieler 75 Punkte für ein Wort erhalten, wobei die Punktzahl bei aller Liebe und Großzügigkeit nicht stimmen kann.
Es macht keinen Spaß!
Dieses Scrabble verursacht Enttäuschung und erzeugt Unmut und Ärger.. Das ist es mir nicht wert.
Zum Glück gibt's "deinstallieren"!

I like to play scrabble and a member of a couple of scrabble groups that use Scrabble Go for their competitions .
Multiplayer games were big favorites before we were forced to play with Scrabble Go who support multiplayer game but not in Classic Mode which the scrabble group uses to cut out all the rubbish stuff that serious scrabble players dont want. Please consider opening the Multiplayer option to Classic mode so we can enjoy those games again with other group members.

I’m reviewing Scopely based on my experiences (plural) with Monopoly GO!, specifically live Partner events. My patience has now run out & I'm deleting the game.
During a time-limited event, my individual contribution total failed to update in real time after multiple spins. I contacted support while the event was still live. Support asserted that all points were credited but declined to provide any verifiable per-spin breakdown or before-and-after totals to confirm this.
I ultimately finished approximately 6,000 points short of completing the full challenge, meaning the disputed spins may have affected my ability to obtain the main reward.
The issue is not just a visual glitch — it’s the lack of transparency and the inability of customer support to meaningfully investigate or demonstrate fairness when problems arise during liveRigged Events, Zero Transparency, time-limited, sometimes monetised events.
Enjoyable game concept, but the systems and support processes leave players with no way to independently verify outcomes when something goes wrong.

I invested significant time into Star Trek Fleet Command, reaching level 72 before I finally quit due to Scopely's business practices.

After extensive experience with this and other titles they publish, I now actively avoid any game where Scopely is involved. Their games are designed primarily as money extraction vehicles rather than enjoyable gaming experiences. They utilise psychological triggers (dopamine-based reward systems) to encourage excessive spending, whilst actual gameplay feels secondary to monetisation.

Throughout my time playing, I encountered broken promises regarding game features and updates that were advertised but not delivered as described. The aggressive in-app purchase structure and constant push towards spending ultimately made the game unenjoyable, despite the time I'd invested.

I'd strongly recommend researching their monetisation model thoroughly before investing time or money in any Scopely title. The amount of time and potentially money you invest can disappear when you decide to walk away.

Update May 2026: So happy I left this game last year (October 2025), not looking back. Best decision ever ;)

this company commits online fraud consistantly.

they know that the cost to sue them is more than what they defraud you for and therefore they continue to 'make mistakes' and never compensate you for them.

in 1 particular game (startrek fleetcommand), they will reverse any 'mistaken' currency you purchase and not refund you the money for that purchase, effectively robbing you.

yes, this is why they are called: SCAMly

Several players have the same problem of constant ads blocking moves in Scabblego. Complained many times, no attempt to correct this just apologies. Impossible to go to management or escalate it.

Today they changed their reward system on Yahtzee. I had purchased and earned hundreds of free play tickets and today they all just disappeared. They gave a small reward bundle that fiscally wasn't even worth 10% of what they took. Do not do in game purchases with this company, because you never know when they will take it away.

Monopoly Go has been down for about a week now, giving an error when logging in and telling me to reinstall the app. Too bad that option doesn't work either! They tell you to contact them via live chat, but there's no such option on their website. I've been playing daily since day 1, and now I'm at risk of losing all my progress!

I was playing Scrabble Go through Earnstar as an offer and I was credited up until Level 20. After that, they purposely stopped tracking. I have proof that I rightfully finished Level 30, even completed Level 31 to be on the safe side so if you want to play this game and still get paid, stop at Level 21. Very misleading and fraudulent claims of payment

I thought EA was bad, but playing Scrabble Go by Scopely has gotten so bad it's almost laughable. I'm ok with a few ads (like watching a movie on Tubi) or paying a reasonable subscription (1 or 2 bucks a month), but being forced to watch 30 seconds ads with no close button that keep on trying to trick you into downloading a game I have no interest in is borderline criminal. And the flood of irrelevant notifications makes me want to never give this company a single dime.

The popup ads are absolutely ridiculous, they suck all the fun out of the game play. Okay yeah have ads, but it’s quite literally every single 3rd roll. You’re in the middle of a tournament, constantly getting interrupted with stupid popup ads. Insane greed.

I don’t think a company could top this one for WORST customer service. Games glitch so bad days of progress lost in events. Only to get offered nothing in return and your ticket closed. Don’t give this company your money.

Their ads are awful and are difficult to get rid of. I am deleting their app. The words they use are not used in the English language, may be American though.

Ads were the worst. Insane pricing for "packs". When I decided to delete my account, they required an insane amount of in game data, not just my username and email. They jerked me around, sent an email asking for confirmation that I wanted to delete my account, then asked for all the in game data again. I have already Uninstaller their game. I shouldn't have to reinstall a game that requires a unique email AND username to begin with, just to gather unnecessary info I've already supplied. They closed my deletion request. This company needs to be sued into oblivion.

Mejor no tengas problemas con ellos.
Si necesitas reclamar alguna compra o cargo son un desastre, siempre te ponen pegas y nunca te devuelven el dinero.
No es recomendable comprar nada a través de ellos directamente.
