Playscrabble claim that you can register and open an account to play for free.However to complete the Regustration Form you are required to give your full credit card details.Sounds dodgy to me and I will not be proceeding.

While I like this game I am also frustrated . For 2 or 3 days now I can't roll my dice and get anything to score to save my life. I have several dice to choose from and it doesn't matter what dice I choose I still end up taking zeroes. The last game you posted just before Xmas was the same way. I must have bad luck. Usually I am pretty good with getting the new dice but not now.

When it first started out it was a great game to play with friends and family. And then the company got greedy, and charged a huge amount for diceof all things! The original Monopoly, you never ran out of dice, but you did money! But in this game it is all about having dice. You cannot play without dice! You can not build up your properties without money, which you get by rolling the dice. They charge $99. For 2000 dice, that sounds like a lot, but it only lasts a very short time. They seem to think they are doing you a big favor by giving you free dice each day. About 100, not enough to even begin your game. When you buy up all your properties and move up a level they give you 50 dice, no matter if it costs you millions or billions to finish those properties. So the gam is very rigged. They have complete control of the board, even when you think you are rolling the dice on your owe . It has been proven by so many players. But people were still playing and most likely need to go to GA. In 2023 the company profited over a Billion dollars. Think about all the bankruptcies that are going to happen to the credit card companies.. .I purchased dice now and then, but I was double charged several times. But you cannot get anyone to listen to reason. I see a lot of complaints about over! To many to be all untrue. I will be ending the game soon. Because it is not fun anymore. And I see so many -stressing out, some even needing counseling. So beware if you start the game , remember it is rigged in the company’s favor. And you will never get real money, it is all fake, always remember that! It is all fake!

Monopoly Go is just all a giant fix and focuses on exploiting gambler style cravings in their audience. The biggest problem is zero customer service. Lost 3 accounts since starting to play the game and never once received a reply. Terrible company!

Scopely is riding the Star Trek Fleet Command horse very hard without ever watering it. They will rather kill this game than fix bugs or improve customer service. Their greed is bottomless.
Scopely pulls every trick they can to make users buy things. They invest everything into coming up with new features for that.
They do not even listen to VIP players. Even whales are frustrated.
The game is so buggy, it’s not enjoyable anymore. There are bugs that have been present since years.
I can only hope that the community organizes a multi server wide boycott.

Cannot wait for Scopely‘s cut/paste answer.
I for one will stop playing soon if things do not improve very soon.

In Star Trek Fleet Command I lost all my progress linking to a Scopely account. There is no support to contact and recover it.
The support option is an endless loop.

If I could give scopley go scrabble a negative star, I wouldn't hesitate to do so. I've tended to play against the computer simply because games with other 'real' person players take for absolute ever. However, the games against the computer are fixed from the start. The letter distribution is pants and completely biased. If you build a good score midway, the computer then allocates a whole load of e's and A's and allocates itself letters to make up seven letter words. One seven letter word in a game is great. Two or more seven letter words in the same game is totally unrealistic and unfair. The other tactic scopley go scrabble has up it's sleeve is inventing words that don't appear in any dictionary. It's complete pants and so frustrating because if played fairly it could actually be a good play

I should have won a reward for ranking in second place in a tournament 2 weeks ago on monopoly go i have messaged customer support every day since with no resolve.

Le scrabble: un jeu pourtant très intéressant mais totalement dévoyé par ce site: arnaque, pubs à gogo, pas de service client et pas de réponse à nos demandes. Que des robots en ligne et faux joueurs.

When asked for a personal data request, the customer aervice representitives block you in game and refuse to provide information, pretty sure this is a GDPR breach

Every single bad thing about them here is true plus so so many more issues especially on Marvel Strike Force. Without a doubt the WORST company I have ever (tried to) deal with. Words cannot describe how selfish and how greedy these scumbags are. Report them to the Better Business Bureau to make sure they get what they deserve.

Deleted my account claiming “Inappropriate Chat” and refuse to answer any emails at all so to hell with them and enjoy the BBB up your ass… My gift to you, couldn’t think of a more deserved F you to such a greedy cuckolding company such as the likes of Scumpley. You get what you deserve

I love playing this game, and have played for several years
It would be nice if you had an option to turn off chat. So many men blowing up your inbox and when you don’t answer them or give them the answers they want to hear, they forfeit

If I could score it a negative 10 I would. It delays rewards on Tapjoy for up to 2 weeks. It shorts you on dice. It happens so fast that you can’t even get a snapshot to prove it. The offer rewards that are impossible to achieve. Then on the big prizes it freezes for hours so you can’t compete to win. Even if you spend money on their packages they barely give you enough dice to play for more than a few minutes. You can receive at least 500 cards and still not get a new one so you can “earn more dice” Yet on FB page people are achieving the impossible. 😢🤦‍♀️🤔

Awful company who do not care about the amount of cheating going on with their games. Do NOT under any circumstances pay for anything from them or buy lives or or packages because they treat anyone who buys with absolute contempt because you are playing alongside other gamers who have got more than you by hacking the games for free. Monopoly-Go is their latest one - I am currently playing other accounts who have obscene amounts of progress in a short time because they have hacked the game. Try and bring this to the attention of Scopely and they could not care less. Every game I have played by Scopely is poisoned and spoiled by hackers and cheats and Scopely do nothing to stop it. Awful company with laughable and non-existent customer care - in fact such is the problem with their offering that any chat started with them is closed and finished the moment you write the word “ cheat or cheating” … that tells you everything!

I enjoy Scrabble. I hate ads. Any ads. I have paid for the game to avoid ads. The company continues to make playing more expensive. I despise the little card packs. I do not play for those silly little rewards. I despise the advertised games. I mean, moving shapes to keep some video figure from drowning is not intellectually stimulating. The ad with the baritone king hanging on and yelling for help must play before I get a free game. I wish the SOB would drown for good. But rest assured another would take his place. Scopely is good at taking money and asking for your friend lists and contacts. They are rotten with customer service.

I play monopoly go and it sucks!!! You get 8 dice an hour which you can barely play with and they have a sticker event that you can NEVER get the gold stickers!!! They charge outrageous prices for dice and the game keeps glitching! Would not recommend!

I play monopoly go and I have finished the toy maker partnership . Why am I still getting the toy maker puzzle pieces? I have 4,020 of the pieces . Why can’t that be traded in for dice rolls or stickers ?

Been playing a title for years called Twd Rts which is run by scopely. The game is heavily pay to win. Limited time road maps (which are way to complete objectives and earn new characters). Over the time (I have played for several years, in the past spending) until last year when I quit spending and I've seen how unfair the game is towards free to play players. At the moment there is a road map to collect character shards. However bonus maps which under the illusionary pretence you try to complete under Daily Timers. Before other sections of the road maps open. The bonus content maps are literally unobtainable unless you buy character shards from their deals. Meanwhile the bonus road map expires in a day and the actual free shard road maps won't open for 4 days if that makes sense; therefore this the user an illusion that it is obtainable free route which it isent. The game company is utter trash and should be investigated for shady and unfair practices .
