Unfortunately, the quality is quite disappointing. After only a short time of wear and a few washes, the fabric started to bobble quite badly. The stitching around the logo also doesn’t seem very well... Zobacz więcej

Odpowiedź od School Wear United
We’re sorry to hear the goggles were not the size you expected, Deborah. We have checked the order and can see that the Infant size, listed as Ages 1 to 3, was selected at checkout. This is the size that was sent.
We completely understand this may have caused confusion, especially if you were looking for the larger age range. Please contact us at sales@schoolwearunited.com or WhatsApp +1 555 965 7545 if you would like help with a return or finding the correct size, and we will be happy to assist.

Best shirts I have found so far for school!
Very, very good fabric, i was impressed because most school shirts are made of rubbish these days. Size a tiny bit large, a little square in shape but of no matter. The quality and service was fantastic. I have no issues in recommending you :)

We are really sorry for the disappointment and inconvenience caused, Robert. The item ordered had unfortunately been discontinued, although it was still showing as available on the website at the time of purchase. We completely understand how frustrating this is, especially after payment had been taken.
As soon as we became aware of the issue, we cancelled the order and sent an email to the Yahoo email address provided on the order explaining the situation. We also confirmed that a full refund would be processed.
We are very sorry again that we were unable to fulfil your order on this occasion, and we appreciate your understanding.

Fast delivery but not amazing design
I ordered 2 pairs of school trousers for my son which were delivered within 2 days. Everything about the trouser is great except the very top of the legs. The waist band and legs are fine but between the legs is very restricting. My son plays football and/or basketball at lunchtime but is worried about splitting these trousers.

Odpowiedź od School Wear United
We’re pleased the trousers arrived quickly, Louise, but sorry to hear the fit around the top of the legs was not quite right for your son. We understand how important comfort and movement are, especially for children who are active during the school day.
Your feedback on the design is really helpful and we will pass this on to our supplier for review. If you would like help finding an alternative style with a more comfortable fit, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
