Poor speed of dispatch
Delivery for standard shipping is 10 days which I consider very poor given alternative supply options for same product. Dispatch appears to be deliberately and unnecessarily held back.

We’re sorry the trouser catch broke after such a short time, Allison. We have not been able to trace the emails mentioned in your review. Please check they were sent to [sales@schoolwearunited.com](mailto:sales@schoolwearunited.com), as our address ends in `.com`, not `.co.uk`.
You can also contact us through the WhatsApp option on our website’s Contact Us page. Please include your order number and a clear photo of the broken catch so our team can assess the fault and arrange the appropriate resolution.

the quality is quite disappointing.
Unfortunately, the quality is quite disappointing. After only a short time of wear and a few washes, the fabric started to bobble quite badly. The stitching around the logo also doesn’t seem very well finished, and small holes have started to appear around the edges, possibly because the embroidery is too tight. For a school polo that needs to be worn and washed regularly, I expected it to be much more durable.

We’re sorry to read about the problems described, Maiia. Bobbling, unfinished stitching and holes appearing around the logo are concerns we would want to investigate.
We asked Trustpilot to request your order information so we could identify the polo shirt and check which school and supplier it relates to, but we have not received a response. At present, we cannot find or confirm an order connected to this review, so it is possible the item may have been purchased from another uniform retailer.
If it was bought from School Wear United, please respond to Trustpilot’s request or contact us through the WhatsApp option on our website’s Contact Us page with your order number and photographs of the damage. We will then look into it properly.

We’re sorry you were disappointed with the service, Ayyesh. When your order was being prepared, the PE T-shirt was unfortunately no longer available in the size ordered. We emailed you before dispatch and issued a full refund for that item, while sending the remaining items so your order was not delayed further.
We understand how disappointing it is when part of an order cannot be supplied and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience.

Perfect true to size
Absolutely perfect, true fit to size we measured at home and compared online no alterations needed. Son impressed how well they feel extremely happy with these trousers. Zero tightness around the waist loose enough to sit without risk of splitting couldn’t be more of a perfect fit. Will be ordering again thank you

This is exactly why we encourage measuring at home and comparing those measurements with our online size guide. We’re so pleased the trousers fitted your son perfectly without any alterations and, most importantly, that he finds them comfortable around the waist when sitting and moving. Thank you, Frances. We’ll be very happy to help with your next order.
