I have used this company several times now and at first I wasn't overly confident. However, the customer service is second to non and very quick to respond. If they don't have parts in stock they get them in stock for your order quickly and they dispatch shipments just as quick. Very helpful and friendly staff. Literally zero problems and they have a excellent catalogue and very competitive prices. Schmiedmann is now my primary resource for BMW parts and TOOLS! 10/10

Ifbm et fejlfindingsbesøg stod vi en i en situation, hvor jeg manglede en lånebil. Deres lånebil var ikke tilgængelig. Værkføreren gik hele vejen og fandt et godt køretøj til mig, så jeg kunne få hentet børnene, mens G31'eren stod på testbænken. Selvfølgelig blev udfordringen løst til U.G. og stjerne!
Virkelig super service - på deres værksted leverer de samme kvalitet som på et autoriseret værksted, bare billigere og med større smil!
Yderligere er deres lokaler super ifht arbejdende - der er velfungerende kontorfaciliteter, der kan benyttes, mens bilen bliver serviceret.
Kan virkeligt anbefales!

Die Lieferzeit war kürzer als angegeben und die Qualität der Teile war einfach perfekt. Dafür hatten sie ihren Preis und fand es schade das bei 300€ für Fußleisten nicht die passenden Clips oder zumindest eine Anmerkung vorhanden war das sie fehlen...

Lots of itens ordered, even in our troubled times and also shipping were very fast, just 5 days from Denmark to Brazil.

Also very happy with the rare items ordered and on stock

The first shipment was excellent
But the second request and the third request
Very bad
For more than a month, the second order has not arrived due to an error from the invoicing editor
The third order was expected to be sent within five days and after ten days it was not sent and the shipment was halted due to annual leave.
No respect for deadlines and customer interests

Now after waiting a month, Customer Service is asking you to wait an additional six weeks to send out your shipment
It was a bad experience to buy from this site

Hope the refund isn't that bad

I am in the USA, and was blown away when I found Schmiedmann honestly. Not only are their prices on OEM BMW parts really good, even factoring shipping, it was worth it to order from them! The really amazing thing is they were able to order parts for me that were basically impossible to get here in the US no matter who I spoke with about it! These guys are miracle workers!

I ordered a suspension part and unfortunately, it was described as a pressure accumulator which meant that DHL rejected it for air freight. I always measure a company on how they perform when things go wrong as opposed to "business as usual" and in this respect, Schmiedmann resolved the problem quickly and efficiently. Excellent customer service!

Great selection and fair pricing on new and used parts for your BMW, including some that are hard to find elsewhere. Order shipped out within the promised timeframe, safely packaged and reached me on the other far end of Europe within a week amidst the pandemic. Thankful for the good service and friendly staff.
