I live in regional Australia and needed a set of tail light for my e46.
I ordered a set on a Thursday and to my utter amazement they arrived here the following Wednesday!!!!
Not only that but the packaging was intact and the parts were a great price. Communication was perfect and you’re english is better that some US based parts suppliers, haha.

My package was supposed to come in 4-5 business days and it came a month later due to being lost. The customer service on the other hand was amazing. They alway responded in a reasonable time and was very helpful in general.

I have been using Schmiedmann to source my BMW parts for the last year and have been highly impressed with their service, prices and rapid delivery times. Being based in Australia, we usually have to contend with extortionate prices for parts for European cars. It is great to get quality parts at reasonable prices - even including the shipping, it is often 25-30% cheaper than the dealership. On that - despite COVID, I have been receiving all my parts within a fortnight of ordering.

Finally - the team were amazing when I must have accidentally double ordered some parts. Without question, they were happy to accept the return to factory and refund - all from the other side of the globe.

So thanks Schmiedmann - you guys are absolutely tops!
