Jeg har i dag afleveret 3 biler i Schmiedmann Odense A/S's showroom. Jeg blev ekstremt godt modtaget og havde en fornemmelse af tryghed og imødekommenhed så snart jeg kom ind ad døren.
Alle var utroligt interesserede i bilerne jeg havde med, og det gjorde mig rigtig glad at få den positive feedback.
Jeg køber normalt mine reservedele ved Schmiedmann, og denne opelvelse har da helt sikkert gjort at jeg bare 100% skal fortsætte med det.
Jeg fik også en spændende rundtur på lageret og på værkstedet, og det er virkelig et flot sted de har i Odense.
Mange tak for at gøre min Pinse ekstra god!

My order with exaust manifolds for my bmw e36 320i 1991 is NOT compatible and is NOT plug and play.
At the moment we try to solve the problem with the good Schmiedmann help center.

Idag skriver vi den 3 april, og jeg har stadig intet modtaget trods adskillige henvendelser fra min side til SchmiedManns kundeservice, eller rettere mangel på samme? Jeg er blevet lovet at jeg modtager varen sidst i denne uge, men det er jeg blevet lovet 2 gange før, så jeg aner ikke hvad jeg skal tro.
Virkelig dårlig service og information i denne sag!!! Håber i får styr på tingene for det har været en dyr omgang for mig med hensyn til lejebil osv. Meget utilfreds kunde!!! Mike Bomholt Jakobsen

I had a problem when I received a part that was not in accordance with the BMW P/N I had ordered.
I telephoned and was connected to Jan Nautrup Nielsen, who spoke good English and was very responsive to my dilemma. It was trough our interaction that Jan discovered there was a fault with the manufacturer's / supplier's part numbering.
It was a real pleasure working with Jan and he certainly deserves my 5 stars.

I live in Spain. So importing things from abroad is not as easy as it has been with Schmiedmann . The organisation is super efficient and my order arrived ahead of time and in new condition , undamaged and well packaged. The quality of the product is superb and it is really robust and it functions faultlessly . I can drive my E38 again !! I would like to thank the people involved in the process of my order who were always helpful and respectful and patient and i would recommend this company to prospective clients. Thanks Schmiedmann you give companies a good name.

Fast shipping and well protected package

Big assortment of parts.
Some ordered parts did not fit properly (rear bumper lip). Shipping costs more than part price for shipping to EU. Front lip 66EUR...total including VAT 170EUR (138EUR VAT excluded) :D Trying to reason with support chat about shipping did not work.
Carbon fiber mirror caps damaged from sun and disintegrating after one year of use.

All in all, not the best place to order parts. Parts which are quite expensive btw. However, must say, some parts like KW V3, Wagner IC, OEM stickers were fitting ok.

Very reliable company, with an excellent communication.

We're looking for a short shifter for my E88 135i, found their name in old YouTube video. Found the website, part was so easy to find, correct fitment, options of delivery, taxes all there clear, no catches as the UK webshops. Ordered 23/10 delivered today before 12, all the way from Germany, well packed with all instructions! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 We'll look there first before ordering anything else next time!!

This is my second order in August, excluding Schmiedmann's stock lead time (because the item I need is not in stock),
The order started shipping on 18/08/2023 and arrived at my home on 21/08/2023! Only 4 days! From Europe to Asia in 4 days!
The shipping was really fast and there was no problem with the order content, will continue to buy equipment from Schmiedmann for my BMW in the future!
