Taken too long to process orders.

A bit slow with delivery even when the fragrance is not preordered they don’t ship out quick enough sometimes 3 days after placing orders when you check the progress is showing unfulfilled when other stores ships out within 24hours but in Scentitlondon they just take their time to post out your order. I expect the delivery to be not more than 48 hours for the postage price that they charge within the UK, apart from that ScentitLondon is a great place to buy Dua perfumes.
I must also mention that they always reply to emails, all they need to do is to improve on delivery time then you’ll get 10 stars from me.

Ordered placed 2nd June.
And today is 15 June still nothing received despite 6 emails have been sent to them asking the delivery date but there is no response.I am going on holidays on 25th June if they can't fulfill order until 25th june then please refund my money back.
At least they can answer to my emails and sending queries online regarding this order.
They were very good in the past but this time they let me down.
After text messages they resolved my issue.

I’m Annabel and I’ve personally sent several emails with updates regarding your order but believe these have not been received. I’ll explain a little bit about your order on here and get one of our managers to call/text you tomorrow morning.
In my previous mail I stated that the items in your order are listed as preorders on our website and this typically take 10 - 14 working days to dispatch after the day of purchase. We regularly email our customers with updates on preordered products as this is standard ScentitLondon practice but I believe we may be sending it to the wrong email. Hope to hear from you soon as we are very eager to help resolve this issue.

Hope you’re doing well, Thank you for sharing an honest review. I’m sorry the product you purchased from us is to your displeasure. May I ask if the fragrance was macerated? We usually advise customers to let fragrances sit for a week or two to macerate which will break down the oil compounds creating a much-refined scent.

Ich wurde betrogen.

Ich wurde betrogen.. Man hat mir nach Wochen einen falschen Duft zugeschickt und sich dan totgestellt. E-Mailverkehr gab es nur 2 mal, wo mir gesagt wurde ich solle mich gedulden, weil der Ersatzduft bald bei mir sei.. Jetzt sind Monate vergangen und sie reagieren nicht mehr auf meine Nachrichten. Absolut unseriöse Verbrecher.

Can't praise scenritlondon for going out of their way to get in contact. After a few phone messages we managed to sort out the problem.

edit as only fair for the 5 star sorting out of my order.

Great shop

Great shop , ships fast, but doesn't put samples to test other perfumes. Could be useful for future orders.

Lovely but sometimes slow

Lovely, high quality perfumes. I love the Dua brand which is reasonably affordable, with some original and some copies, but all superb quality.
Edited to say: they seem to be working on their despatch times as this has improved.
