I have subscribed to the monthly succulent subscription box- I received a very tiny plant which was too small to be visible in the pot it came in. The package arrived very quickly after ordering, but the pot had been filled with very dry, dusty soil which had fallen out everywhere during transit, leaving very little in the pot by the time the plant had arrived. Hoping for a better experience next month.

Edit- I have since been sent a replacement plant which was in much better condition, and some extra cactus soil for the original one. Scandiscapes were very helpful in dealing with the problem, which they addressed quickly and politely.

A fab service and wonderful plant and pot! Would highly recommend as a gift or treat for yourself.

The site was easy to purchase from, the delivery was fast, and as it was live plants, I was nervous about how it would be received, but it was secure, and the plant is healthy.

A great buying experience and a lovely website that is easy to navigate. Fab products. The delivery service was excellent with the plants very well protected for transit.
If I could I would probably knock off half a star as one of the plants I purchased was not in ‘tip top’ shape - it was reduced in price and this probably should have been an obvious sign that the plant was not “perfect”. In any event, it is fine in my bedroom.
Would not hesitate to recommend.

Scandiscapes are such a great find. They're passionate about plants as well as giving superb customer service. Went out of their way to accommodate my requests - Saturday morning delivery - made some great choices for me, quick to respond and even included a handwritten card. The service was so good and personable that I'd forgotten that I'd actually paid for them - it was like a gift from a really thoughtful friend. Can't wait for more stock so I can buy some more plants from them.

I saw these guys advertised on Facebook and I'm so glad I did. Loved their website and their range, especially for such a new venture. Ordered some pots and plants from them at super reasonable prices. The plants arrived with no issues a couple of days after I ordered them, and were very well packaged. Two of the pots arrived broken, even though they did seem very well packed - I think they were possibly not handled as well in transit as they should have been. I emailed Scandiscapes team with pictures and my order number and was sent out two replacement pots by Merje. These arrived two business days later and were lovely pots. Thoroughly impressed at the speed and resolution of the issue and with the plants and pots I have recieved. I will be recommending Scandiscapes to friends and using them again.
