Plant ok condition considering shipping…
Plant ok condition considering shipping and low prices, pot quite expensive and the size sent did not fit. However, customer support is great and they are sending me a pot that fits the plant I bought. I am awaiting this now.

The delivery was botched and I had to…
The delivery was botched and I had to go to the central post office. To collect.
The box inside was broken so contents had spilled out and had to be decanted laboriously.
The quantity was less than I thought and was poor value.

My lovely plant arrived on time, and I was kept informed of its progress.

First order, but won’t be the last
Easy order process, well laid out website, clear delivery instructions and I was kept up to date throughout.
Packaging was all recyclable and the plants were great quality, couldn’t have asked for more.

Happy with my Philodendron
Ordered 2 small philodendron plants and ecopots. They all arrived in a couple of days in perfect condition and with simple instructions for care for the plants. I also really appreciate the plastic free shipping.

Beautiful plants & pots
I recently received a beautiful house plant that is exactly as described on the website.
Unfortunately I was sent a grey pot instead of the white pot I ordered, however this has promptly been replaced with no quibbles. I appreciate excellent customer service wherever I shop snd I have nothing but praise for this business.

Nice plant and pot
Ordered plant and pot as a gift; they arrived at different times, company was quick to respond on website messenger to resolve. Appears to be a Royal Mail issue. Pot and plant are as photos shown once delivered.

The service was fantastic
The service was fantastic. But unfortunately my plant came rather small and damaged. This wasn't in transit as the damage was scabbed over. I hope it will grow well but not sure.
Edit: Merje has gone to an awful lot of trouble to fix this situation for me, and because of that alone I cannot recommend scandiscapes enough.
