From start to finish, we genuinely couldn’t fault the service we received.

We first got in touch after seeing the car advertised on Auto Trader, and Scott was extremely accommodating in arranging a viewing and test drive at a time that suited us, especially with our shift work.

From the moment we arrived, Scott greeted us by name and was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. He took the time to answer all of our queries and questions, making the whole experience feel relaxed and straightforward.

Following the test drive, we decided we wanted to purchase the car, and the process couldn’t have been easier. Within an hour, the finance had been agreed and a collection date and time that suited us had been arranged.

On the day of collection, we were once again greeted by name, and the whole process was just as seamless. When we checked the car over, we noticed that the few blemishes we had mentioned when viewing it had all been rectified, which was a lovely touch and showed that they had genuinely listened to us.

To top it all off, the car had even been filled up with fuel!

The final stages of the purchase were once again handled quickly and professionally, making the entire experience from start to finish completely stress-free.

Outstanding After-Sales Support – A Dealership You Can Trust!

I recently bought a car from Savannah Cars and originally left them a great review for the purchase experience. However, the true test of a dealership is how they handle things when something goes wrong, and Savannah Cars have been absolutely outstanding.
Just 6 weeks into ownership, my car developed a mechanical/electrical fault.
I contacted Scott at Savannah who initially helped me throughthe sale, and his response was immediate. He was prompt, professional, and kept in close contact with me throughout.

Most importantly, Savannah stepped up and paid the Land Rover main dealer repair bill in full, without making me jump through hoops with a third-party warranty.

I am thoroughly pleased with the outcome. Buying a used car can feel risky, but Savannah Cars have proven they are a highly reputable, professional business that genuinely cares about their customers after they drive off the forecourt. Exceptional service.

I didn't have to write this review, but felt compelled to do so, because in my view, after 35 years in the retail, feedback is essential good or bad for success, and when it's brilliant it's an absolute pleasure to put down on paper.

Great experience buying a car from Savannah cars. All the staff were great and very knowledgeable. Liam (owner) was great when we came to view the car, took us out for the test drive and great with any questions. Ian we dealt with regarding finance and paper work and was great. Very helpful, always on the end of the phone or email. All other staff were great and helped with any questions or issues.
