Very happy with the service from the receptionist whom was polite & efficient, arranged for the visit next day. The engineer was very good diagnosed the fault & fixed same day as quoted also very polite & tidy. Very happy

I am not a fan of the Saniflo, but ........
I am not a fan of the Saniflo product, but I inherited one in my current home.
However, what I will say is that Gillman Group Services Limited, who are a Saniflo approved engineering firm, did an honest job when they came out and fixed a horrendous noise coming from my Saniflo.
The call out fee was £110 (Incl. VAT), engineer arrived on time, took 20-25 mins to sort the problem, didn't try to over complicate the problem and bump up the bill, he simply pulled out the blockage and went on his way.
Works perfectly well now, honest business doing a good job. You can't ask for more!!

Sanifloor 3 pump good idea but poor customer service
We installed the Sanifloor 3 shower pump and from day one had lots of issues with the wireless switch in the shower tray drain not turning pump on consistently. After it finally failed completely the Saniflo engineer came and agreed to replace the PCB with its integral battery. Following waiting for weeks we still don't have a replacement battery. Go somewhere else for your pump products.

The product I've had is basically good but ...
The macerator can be recommended. However, my issue is that there has been confusion and mixed messages between Saniflo engineer and their main office.
The engineer reports that my Turboflush product will not function properly with a shower; he speaks with experience. This is my experience also.
The installation literature and the main office maintain that it will work with shower but this is not my experience. In between the confusion, I'm left without a working shower and little help from the company. :-(
