I see many complaints for this very same reason I have. Samsung wants you to buy a $200 part for a $2 replacement item! Once the rubber feet on the cooktop grate goes missing their reply (JJ Parts)... Zobacz więcej

Needed a BN59-01179A TV remote control

Needed a BN59-01179A TV remote control. Search did not offer a replacement part number, rather sent me to a table of pictures where i found my model number. When I selected the model, I ended up at a single page for the remote with a message at the top of the screen, indicating that the replacement model number is BN59-01179B. The list of supported models at the bottom of the page did not contain a TV model number resembling my TV model number (UN32H5500AFXZA). I ordered the part, but I don't have a lot of confidence that I bought the correct remote

Very Helpful Service Site! Outstanding woman helped me.

After trying to reach one of the Samsung stores in CA I called a number that said something like "for help" AND IT WAS HELPFUL!!! The woman was very helpful looking up to see if what I needed was available (a battery for a Note 3 from 2013!). Then she directed me to the Samsungparts.com website so that I could purchase the battery. THANK YOU FOR A REAL PERSON TO WALK ME THROUGH THE SITE!

Customer Service answered quickly and…

Customer Service answered quickly and answered all of my questions and concerns. She even walked me through how to order my needed water filter. I didn’t like that I didn’t frees shipping which should be offered for any order over $50 and will likely look elsewhere before purchasing with samsung
