Safetots Recenzje

I ordered a safety gate via Amazon, sadly the fittings were missing. I contacted safetots directly, initially they couldn’t find my order and then realising it was ordered through Amazon was the reason it couldn’t be found. I dealt with Amy Timmings who said this wasn’t a problem but could I drop an email to them. This done and hey presto delivery of the missing parts were delivered the next day. Now that’s what I call customer service. Well done Amy

Insanely good customer service. Amy was an absolute delight and sorted me out with my issue in no time. Really grateful as it is so rare these days.

I ordered the wrong size stair gate and needed it changed. I rang safe tots and Amy helped me to not only find the right stair gate for me but also cancel and refund my first order before it was sent out. Amy was so helpful from start to finish.

I recently bought a product from Safetots and they have had provided the most wonderful customer service throughout.
They quickly and happily helped me to resolve an issue with the delivery and then when I realised (after much debate ) that the product wasn’t quite right Amy was so kind and helpful in organising the return.
Brilliant and I’d highly recommend them!

Amy was absolutely great, helping me with two super specific requests in record time. She even took the time to make annotations on a picture I had send in to clarify what safety gates would be best suited for our property - all in probably the fastest I've seen a customer service team reply to my emails.

Products arrived as advertised, fast, and were easy to install. Our new home is now safer, even despite some tricky tight corners and steps.

Happy to recommend without reservation! Thanks Amy!

I have just placed an order with Safetots (having ordered previously also) Their first class products are matched by the same level of customer service from both Amy and Hayley. So refreshing to receive prompt friendly help ! Would highly recommend.

Exemplary Customer Service from Hayley! I will leave a further review once my safety gate has been installed next week. 👍👍👍

Was struggling to find exact spec stairgate for awkward openings.
Phoned up spoke to Zoe Robinson. Was an absolute star. Credit to company. Helped me through the buying process and also international shipping.
Thanks again Zoe

A big thank you to Amy at Safetots for her help in finding the perfect safety solutions. A pleasure to deal with and very quick to respond to my queries.

Ordered 4 chunky wooden gates and babydan banister protector kits. Ordering was simple and delivery was speedy. Unfortunately, the wrong colour was sent and we had to contact safetots to arrange exchange. Amy was very helpful and arranged collection/delivery with no complications and we’re now very happy. The gates are great quality, sturdy and secure and look fantastic. The banister protectors take time to install so I’m still working my way down the staircase, installing one gate at a time! Very happy with our choice. Thank you for great service and product :)

I was unsure on what I needed to fit around an awkward space at the bottom of my stairs so I emailed the customer service team for advice.
Amy was great, she advised on what would work based on the size / shape of my space and sent links to the products I needed.
Delivery was really quick and installation of the product simple. Thank!

Such great products. Great customer service and easy to contact via WhatsApp.
I purchased the wooden room divider, the panels are easily put together, I little more tricky to pull apart but that’s probably a good thing!
I can now contain my twins to one area and know they are safe. Such a game changer!

I urgently needed to contain my dog after a diagnosis of a slipped disk and needed a good product immediately. I phoned to the office and was assured that my pen would ship that night with Yodel as the courier. It did and I had full confidence in the shipment getting to me asap. Arrived next day and assembled. Very good solid construction very pleased. The design had flexibility plus no horizontal bars for the dog to use to go on his hind legs. Great product well packed. Fast service.

Delighted with my Safetots fire guard, it's sturdy, easy to assemble and easy to adapt the size if necessary.

Had a little issue with sizing but the customer service was excellent and everything was sorted out quickly.

For anyone ordering a fire guard please note that the "Fits up to xxcm" measurement given on the website is the full width of the guard from outside edge to outside edge, this will help you choose the correct size.

Impressed with the service. I ordered the goods yesterday afternoon and they've arrived the very next day at Land's End. A big thanks!

Absolutely exceptional service, I emailed Wednesday evening about the latch I needed for our stairgate. I received an email back within minutes from Amy who found the part I needed and sent it for dispatch. I received the latch Friday morning! Couldn't want for better service. I will without doubt be using Safetots again in the future!

Safetots products are well built and their customer service is second-to-none. We've had a room divider in our nursery for 5 years, which is now missing a nut. I sent one email and within 24 hours I have the elusive nut winging its way to me in the post. This is the second time I've had such excellent service from this company. Highly recommend!

We needed an extra wide Baby gate for our lounge and found exactly what we wanted! Thanks Safetots - it was easy to order online, the delivery was quick, the item was delivered
in excellent condition and well packaged.

We have just purchased a number of products from Safetots (Stairgate, room divider and fire guard).

It’s sadly rare these days to get the perfect combination of excellent service, quick delivery and a fantastic product, but I’m delighted to say that’s what you get from Safetots.

We have an odd shaped fire hearth and needed to make some enquiries to make up a bespoke fire guard solution, the team were rapid in response and went the extra mile to help.

Our living room is now our little girl’s (10 months) safe zone as she’s learning to explore!

We could not recommend more highly.

Thank you Safetots.

So I’m going to start a 5 star review with my experience of an issue I encountered. I ordered an extra wide and tall gate from Safetots to fit in my garage to contain my dog. On the day it arrived the side sections were 73cm high whereas the gate was 100cm. I phoned Safetots and spoke with Amy who immediately recognised the error and asked me to send a couple of photos. Within minutes she’d replied enquiring when I was free to receive a replacement. I gave my availability and again within minutes she emailed to say the replacement would be with me the following day, which it was. So, mistakes happen in every company. It’s how that company, and its staff, respond when they occur that counts. Well done Amy.
