This replaces an older unit and after research I selected this model to protect us both.

This is my second purchase from Safelinc.I have bought 2 replacement smoke alarms and can honestly say they are brilliant.No wiring needed just a quick change over from the original unit without having to change the base unit.The delivery was very quick and the quality of the product was fantastic.

We've been in our new build for near 10 years and the alarms are needing replaced. As they are hard-wired into the mains, we didn't want to replace the whole unit, however our units are discontinued. Thankfully I came across this device on Safelincs which was super easy to install into the existing bracket. It is bulkier than the previous unit, but we can live with that. Will definitely purchase again for replacing our other units

Unfortunately Safelincs use Evri for delivery, so a one day delivery turned into a 1 WEEK! delivery, missing the job slot I had booked. It also turned up without advising prior to the eventual delivery slot.
Whilst this is Evri for you, Safelincs consciously choose to use this company and therefore are ultimately responsible for the standard of service customers receive. A refund was offered with no quibble but in future I will use a competitor company who don't use Evri (who always get it wrong for me).

Would highly recommend Safelincs. They had a great selection of products and ordering was very easy. My items were dispatched straight away and I received them next day. I will be ordering again very soon. Fantastic Service!

I had problems with a smoke alarm I purchased 4 years ago it had a 10 year battery guarantee,I rang safelincs and spoke to Stephanie, no problem with a replacement, sent straight away brilliant service thanks.

Great product at a good price and fast delivery, would use again

Looking for a replacement for my smoke alarms that had come to the end of their marked service life I found they were obsolete. Fortunately Safelincs came up with a replacement model that was easy to fit without technical knowledge. They came in a few days and as promised were easy to fit. Now all three installed in linked system and doing the job thanks👍

The ordering process and deliver time was impressive and the product was the cheapest I could find (by a couple of pounds). I would have given 5 stars if the defib pads arrived in packaging Arriving without a pouch gives the impression it might not be new.

I contacted Safelincs by email on 29th June. I received a response promptly with suggestions as to why my 10 year battery started to run down after 4 years. Customer services exchanged further emails 1st July and is arranging a replacement unit. Much appreciated.

Everything came as ordered, quickly and as described

Straight forward ordering and very competative price.

Good solid box with plenty of space for storage. Box bigger than needed - site specified ‘large’ but actual size details weren’t stated (or couldn’t see them). Not an issue but would have been good to easily see size - and other sized boxes if available.

Excellent pre-sales with my query about replacements. Super fast delivery, and the alarms just clipped on and worked...

One of the Firehawk smoke detectors with a life of 10 years in our property recently showed a low battery after 6 years of use. A quick email to Safelincs resulted in a replacement getting to me within a couple of days and everything back up and running minus the beeping! A refreshing response from efficient and friendly staff.
