Great service

Valuation and pick up of saddle was all straight forward, no hassle , very easy to do and now I don't have hassle of trying to sell my saddle .

Excellent service

Overall excellent experience, staff arranged the trial flexibly around my availability.
Saddle we chose was in an almost brand new condition.

Mixed Review

Overall I found the team at Saddles Direct very helpful and happy to answer any query. They offered a good commission price to sell my saddle and the process was well explained and easy. Thank you Taylor for being so kind and helpful throughout the process! :)

The only slight issue for me was the months of radio silence. I was never updated on the progress of any potential sale and become rather disappointed after a few months of nothing. The one time I did see a picture of my saddle, they were using it for an advertisement on social media selling their own products (girth and leathers) but never actually mentioned the saddle was for sale at all! Personally I thought was rather cheeky when the saddle is with them to be sold not to be used as a prop!

I recently requested the saddle was returned to me and this process was super easy and it arrived in a few days.
