Customer support is practically nonexistent.
I created a photo book in the app, added it to my cart, paid, and the money was debited instantly. After payment, an error occurred: "Order not fulfilled – refund request (ImageNotFound error)."

The app completely froze – I can't reupload photos, edit the project, or complete the order. I constantly receive automated emails asking me to complete the order, but due to the error, this is impossible. I contacted support several times, but received no response.

Unfortunately, this was one of my worst customer experiences.

After a few days, support finally resolved my issues, canceled the order, and refunded my money. The problem turned out to be that my operating system couldn't work with the app.

Site muito fácil de usar. A qualidade das fotografias é muito boa e a entrega foi efetuada antes da data prevista. Gosto bastante do serviço da Saal digital. Já é a quarta vez que encomendo.

J'ai commandé 06 photos au format 13 x 19 cm sur papier satiné et le rendu est excellent.
Les couleurs sont vives et la taille est respectée.
Mes prochains tirages passeront par SAAL.

Fast service and excellent quality photo book.

I'm always very pleased with Saal service - flawless wallart, prints and photobooks, but I was also very pleasantly surprised when I received calendars this week. Everything about them is great, but to see them nicely individualy wrapped and ready for me to give or send to clients, was a very appreciated bonus for me! Also they were delivered super fast!! Thank you Saal!

Belles photos et livraison très rapide. J'ai juste un petit bémol, sur 21 photos, il y a 8 photos trop sombres pour être utilisées, j'aurais pensé que le logiciel Saal Digital pouvait nous signaler une sous-exposition au moment du téléchargement. Sinon, les supports papier sont de très belle qualité. Cordialement.

This book EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS! The layout is magnificent and the rich coloring of every picture was beyond my imagination! I am NOT exaggerating when I say that this company is on a higher level than it's competitors. My family and I looked at several different companies before choosing; I am overjoyed that we chose this one! Our friend was overwhelmed and deeply touched with this gift. Overall, excellent! I found the design interface for the photobook to be very easy to use and quite intuitive and although I didn't not go looking for them, I think a few YouTube videos would be very helpful for people getting started as there are a lot of options. Quality-wise the photo book when it arrived a few days earlier than expected, was great quality and the brushed metal finish on the cover was just beautiful!

I used Saal to print a short story book I wrote for my grandson, this included illustrations and a few photos in the spare pages. I am so pleased with the quality, it’s made my amateur effort come to life, the pages look much cleaner and sharper than my scanned images. The software was pretty easy to use once I was used to it. Also very fast delivery. Overall I highly recommend this service and definitely use it again.

Fantastic printing and extremely fast shipping. Easily one of the best custom printers in the EU. I'd several books and posters printed through Saal and everything is of the highest quality and detail. The software they provide to help you layout out photo books is especially impressive as it makes it extremely easy to layout a book without any complicated steps and allows you to see exactly how your final book will look like. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them for all my printing needs.

Nous saluons la rapidité de la réception de notre commande.
Certains grands tirages parfaitement en accord avec nos attentes qualitatives pour la plupart.
Certains avaient une dominante jaune inexistante sur le fichier original
Un Bémol sur les petits tirages dont on aperçoit une trame en fond qui n'existe pas. nous pouvons fournir des photos si besoin. merci

au sujet du colis que je viens de recevoir numéro de commande : SAAL Q05 400 288 346

j'ai commandé 13 tirages de photo en 40x30 brillant , à imprimer individuellement et je reçois 13 tirages de toutes les photos sur la même page

je ne comprends pas

Pouvez vous me refaire ces photos comme je les ai demandées et me les envoyer en colis express car c'est pour une exposition en fin de semaine prochaine
et cela gratuitement bien sûr
mes deux dernières commandes chez vous ont été malheureuses
la 1ere s'est perdue et je ne l'ai reçue qu'au bout d'un mois !!! et celle ci ne correspond pas du tout à ce que j'ai demandé

je vais devoir changer mon jugement et ne plus vous conseiller à des amis des clubs où je suis

pour le livreur , il faudrait marquer sur le colis le nom de l'expéditeur et envoyer un message quand le colis arrive au point de livraison

Between 3 and 8 of my pictures are damaged on the corner because of wrong packaging. Can you print them again if I give you their reference ? I will wait for your answer before my next order
