I've ordered oil product for hair, and the shipping was more expensive than the product itself. The store send it to the incomplete address (the building number was missing), received it back and refuse to reimburse me for the price on shipping or resend the item to the correct address. I wouldn't recommend this outfit to anybody. Try to find a product with more reputable store
The business does not operate in good faith. They deliberately substitute the products you order and pay for, with other items, ex. a conditioner instead of a shampoo in same line, and they skip shipping items but sustain that they did! You leave detailed 3-4 voice messages for their Customer service and they claim that they've never received them. You finally get hold of them on the phone and they use the F-word on you (Gregory)!!! I have never seen ANYTHING like that before. This business is crooked. I gave 2 stars as some of their products are decent but because of the way they treat customers, I am done with this online business.

This is a complete and utter lie. We do not use F word, nor do we have anyone employed by the name Gregory. If there was a mistake in shipping you correct item (we are all human and do make mistakes, unfortunately), it would have been corrected. We respect and value our customers.

I just got my first shipment from this website and I'm more than happy with it! Everything was very well packed and temperature controlled. They have great quality, authentic Russian and other European foods and other things for great prices. I will definitely be back!

It was my first shopping experience in a Russian store. I am very pleased with how well and safely the product was packaged. The parcel arrived quickly. Everything was fresh and very tasty. Now this is my favourite.
Highly doubt no one left a review here about this company, but have a feeling they might be getting deleted somehow but I’ll try. I read about this company and a lot of responses of customer service to customers were just bad. So before I even ordered anything ( and I was going to) I decided to see how customer service will work with me first, just in case there are issues later. I sent them an email asking three questions which I really needed answers for because of the area I live in-not everyone delivers here. I got there response which couldn’t be any dryer. No hello no thank you for your interest, nothing at all. They answered one question out of three. All I got was typical Russian attitude which I’m very familiar with and wish nothing to do with. I will never be ordering from them and will never recommend. If you do business in America maybe you should learn first about how customer service works here...
