When I first time find this website I was amazed about assortment they have.After my first order I ordered second time.Food and service is absolutely wonderful.This will be my favorite website.I recommend this website to all my friends.
I placed an order for a 4kg package of almonds on the first of march. I am accostomed to a retailer charging my card once an order is shipped, but went ahead and let them charge my card including $20 for FedEx 3-4 day delvery. I assumed this meant with a reasonable 2 business days for handling, I would have my order in about a week or so. Today, it is the 6th of march, five full busness days after I ordered, and they just closed for the day without yet providing a tracking number, a notice of shipment, or even an extimated delivery date. If you call their phone number, it will just ring forever before being directed to an always full mailbox where you cannot leave a message. If you try to contact them through their online chat, they will simply not respond for days, and the only e-mail response was a form letter asking for patience as they were trying to fill my order as quickly as possible. I am no expert on almonds, but I am pretty sure at this point I could travel to wherever they are grown, pick them myself, drive back, and still be faster than this company. I am beginning to think that they grow their own almonds and may be waiting for more to grow and ripen so that they can send them to me. I may attempt to plant a few of the almonds I have and see if they will grown into trees, fruit, and ripen before GetStuckUp.com is fnally able to deliver the almonds I ordered.

Despite a hefty shipping charge, I ordered some specialty food items I was only able to find on their website. Unfortunately, they did not have the honesty to tell me the item was unavailable. Instead they billed me and charged me 20.00 for shipping despite the fact I had wanted those particular items. I think this was very dishonest.
I ordered twice from this website, and I I would never do this again. They are cheating on the shipping costs, the prices look good but once the order is placed, they refund half of the order, but not the shipping costs (which are also supposed to be lower). And I think this is done for purpose, e.g., some prices look suspiciously low, like 10 lbs of raisins for 7 dollars. I have not even tried to add that item, but I am pretty sure 7 dollars would be refunded but 35 for shipping of nondelivered item would be charged. This is not how the fair business should be run.
I ordered 25 items on Thursday, mostly from Moldova. And a few Ukrainian, Polish and Georgian made. Everything arrived with FedEx on Saturday morning, very well packaged, with good expiration dates.
Regular delivery (not next business day). Yes it's pricey, but it's the same price as carrier companies (such as UPS, FedEx etc).
Will order more in the future.
I have tried multiple times to contact this company regarding an order that was not fully delivered.
Emails sent to their listed contact address are returned as undeliverable, their voicemail is full, and messages submitted through their website’s contact form have gone unanswered.
Due to the lack of communication and failure to deliver all items in my order, I am very disappointed and would not recommend doing business with this company.

Terrible experience with GoStockUp, NEVER AGAIN.! Delivery was 7 days instead of promised 2, and when the order finally arrived it was not edible. Even worse, their phone number does not work, making it nearly impossible to reach anyone. It takes them up to 2 days to reply to am email!
The box reeked of sprats oil and the smell had soaked into the packaging. On top of that, the buckwheat bag seal was broken, leaving buckwheat spilled all over the box. This is not safe or acceptable for food products.
Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed FedEx, even though I paid extra for shipping, and offered no real solution.
This is unacceptable handling of food and customers. I will be filing a complaint with the appropriate food safety and consumer protection authorities.
I ordered glazed cheesebars from GoStockUp (Order #5050) on Nov 25, 2025 and paid over $50 for overnight shipping alone (not the products), which is especially important since the product is not shelf-stable.
The package did not arrive overnight and was delivered two days later, outside the stated delivery window. Because of the delay, I was unable to refrigerate it in time, and the items sat unrefrigerated in my building mailroom for an additional day, for a total of 3 unrefrigerated days.
I contacted the company to ask whether the product was still safe to consume and requested a refund due to the missed shipping service. GoStockUp called me but when I returned the call shortly afterward, their voicemail box was full and I was unable to reach them.
I’m sharing this so other customers are aware: if you’re ordering perishable items, delays and limited customer support responsiveness may create food safety concerns. I would not order non–shelf-stable products from this company again.
I have tried to communicate with this firm. When I copy and paste their email contact my emails are returned as undeliverable. When I try to contact them with questions via their contact form on their website they do not answer my queries.
So, I will not do business with a company that operates in this manner.
I've seen a review that mentioned inflated shipping costs and assumed that since the issue was brought to the retailer's attention, it would be addressed and would no longer be a problem. Wrong.
They seem to have issues updating their stock availability, charging for shipping based on the items ordered, not the items they actually end up sending. It might sound counterintuitive, but maybe, just maybe, the shipping labels should be created once the actual package is ready for shipment with the accurate weight. In my case, the actual shipment was less than half the weight of what I was charged for. Also, got a pack of sugar-free candy (which I would never voluntarily buy) instead of the ones I ordered. On the bright side, the stuff that did make it to me seems fresh.
I have mixed feelings about the store. I bought groceries twice, and everything was fine. On October 15th, I ordered herring and caviar for delivery to Florida. On October 20th, the goods were delivered during the day. The package was intact and undamaged, but the herring packaging inside was torn, covered in oil and smelling of rotten fish. There was no trace of ice at all, and the caviar and herring had been in the warmth for an unknown amount of time. I contacted customer service twice, but nothing happened. That's how it is.
I placed an order for over $200 that included two jars of herring pieces. During shipping, the jars appear to have knocked against each other and were damaged. By the time the package reached Florida, everything had thawed, there was no dry ice, and the oil from the herring had leaked out—ruining the product (I’d planned to save it for New Year’s) and soaking other items. It also left an oily mess in my home.
I contacted support and was told a manager would review, but I haven’t heard back. Four days after that reply I followed up asking for an ETA; it’s now been another three days with no response.
At this point, it’s less about the $15 for the herring and more about the quality of service—and concern about what would happen if this involved a more expensive item.
First time I used gostockup.com. I’m in Maryland, the company is in NY somewhere. Delivery was 1 day FedEx. Everything was sufficiently wrapped and packaged. Meat items were still cold. Nothing was missing. seamless transaction without issues. Try them.
I ordered about 55 lb of smoked salmon and other items, but the company only shipped ~33 lb and refunded the missing items. However, they still charged me the same shipping fee as if the full 55 lb had shipped — about $84 more than the actual package should cost (per their website when you add only the shipped items to the cart). When I contacted them, they insisted shipping fees remain the same even if part of the order isn’t sent. That makes no sense, since carriers charge by the actual weight shipped, not the original order they never fulfilled. Their prices may look low, but the inflated, non-adjustable shipping means you don’t actually save — and if they don’t send an item, they keep the difference. Pretty profitable if the item is cheap but heavy. I won’t be ordering again.

Ordered 2 boxes of caviar: Pink and Keta. Pink was fresh and good. Keta arrived absolutely spoiled having bad smell and dark color eggs. I contacted the seller and asked fpr a replacement for Keta and never head back from them.
