Complete lie.
Totally disappointed with this company. I purchased a rubber duck toilet just under a year ago and the soft close lid is not performing as it should. You have to pull it down a certain amount now before it works. I went on YouTube and it showed how to fix a faulty soft close lid. They say it’s the lack of grease over time, and they showed how to fix it. As the soft soft close lid is still under warranty I called this company. They stated you have to drop the lid down quite away before the soft close works, and they would not replace it. That is such a load of rubbish, it never happened before, it’s just started to act like that. Would definitely not recommend this company to anyone. HAVE JUST READ RUBBERDUCKS REPLY. I SENT THEM A VIDEO OF MY SEAT NOT WORKING, AND SHOWING THE SEAT LEANING OVER ABOUT 120%THEY ARE SAYING IT NEEDS TO TILT AT 90% OR MORE. I THINK 120% IS MORE THAN 90%. THERE REPLY IS AN ABSOLUTE LIE, AND CANNOT BELIEVE A COMPANY COULD BEHAVE LIKE THIS.

Thanks for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear you’ve been disappointed with your experience.
After reviewing the video you kindly provided, we could see that the soft-close mechanism on your toilet seat was functioning correctly - the seat begins to close shortly after it passes the upright point, which is how the mechanism is designed to operate. The seat won’t close when fully upright, as this prevents unnecessary strain on the hinges and extends the life of the soft-close system.
We completely understand your frustration, as any change in movement can make it feel like a fault, but in this case, the mechanism is working as intended and within the manufacturer’s specifications.
We do appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback and are always happy to offer guidance on maintaining the seat to keep it performing smoothly.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a bathroom unit paid over 500 pounds and got it delivered damaged, I have send pictures the same day just with the scratches and glue stains sides and not the full unit, few days later they asked fir full unit pictures and I have send them( you can see the stains and scratches on it, they refused to replace the full item, they only send the side boxes(the one with stains) and not the scratched one. They accused us of spilling paint on it when we just got it like that. Worse customer service ever. I would not recommend buying from them.
P.s. The first picture that I have sended you were not with the full unit but just the side with the scratches. Then I have sent you the picture with the whole unit.

Thanks for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with how your issue was handled.
When you first got in touch, we requested images showing the full unit so we could assess the damage properly. Once the images you provided were sent to the manufacturer, they asked for additional photos to verify the condition of the product in full. It was at that stage that marks consistent with paint splashes were identified across the unit, and as a result, the manufacturer rejected the original claim for replacement based on minor scratches.
We understand this was frustrating and not the outcome you were hoping for, but the decision was made following the manufacturer’s inspection process.

I returned the unwanted mirror
I returned the unwanted mirror, After week and weeks still did receive a refund, I will have to keep phoning the department, you had the returned item on the 14th September 2025, it is now the 13th October 2025, its a lot longer than 14 days, it was only processed on Friday 10th of October 2025. I do apologise, you received the parcel back on the 3 rd of October 2025, I have not received a email today confirming anything about my refund, I actually phoned your department for the second time to chase up my refund.

UPDATED RESPONSE: We think there must be some confusion here, your order was placed with us on the 14th and it wasn't despatched until the 17th. We received the returned item over the weekend (on the 4th Oct) and it was fully restocked on Monday last week. All of which can be confirmed by the emails we sent out regarding the order.
You'll be happy to hear your refund has been processed with an email to confirm this morning.
No worries at all about the confusion, these things happen. Depending on the bank, the refund may take a short while to clear - we hope you have a lovely day!

Good product .
Delivery not so good as instructions said someone had to be hone to assist to unload , and that there will be a phone call 30 minutes before arrival.
Theŕ for I had to do arrangements at work, not suitable for the workplace
Never heard anything from courier, assistant not needed. Delivery done when I got home.

We’re sorry for the confusion around the delivery instructions. These panels are sent from the manufacturer using a courier that usually requires someone to be available to assist with unloading, and they’re meant to call ahead before arrival. It sounds like the driver didn’t follow those steps properly, and we completely understand the inconvenience that caused with your work arrangements.
We’ll be passing this feedback on to the courier to help improve their communication and delivery process.

Watch out
Good panels but the company is not truthful about their thickness. Advertised as 10.5 mm, I tried buying an end cup of this size elsewhere and surprise it did not work. This forced me to buy from them again, pay an expensive delivery charge. Turns out the correct end size cap was 11.5. This information needs to be made freely available on the sellers website, so that the buyer knows what to expect.

Thanks for your feedback, and we’re glad to hear you’re happy with the panels, though sorry for the confusion around the sizing.
We’re not the manufacturer of the panels, they’re made by Showerwall, and we use the specifications provided by them. The panels are 10.5mm thick, but the trims are designed slightly wider to allow space for both the panel and the sealant used during installation.
Using trims from another supplier can cause fitting issues and would also invalidate the manufacturer’s warranty, so you did the right thing by choosing the matching ones in the end.

Bathroom Panels
Ordered first bathroom panel which came cracked in two places. The replacement came pretty quick to be fair but again the panel was cracked. As i didn't need a whole sheet and the second panel was cracked on a corner i was able to cut it to size and use it. THE POINT IS: why do they deliver 2.4 meter panels in flimsy cardboard. Instead, use some corner protection/thin polystyrene sheets and fragile tape. Surely its costing the company more replacing damaged products in transit which van drivers chuck around and also getting poor to average reviews in the mean time. The panels are really nice, just a shame the company doesn't pride itself.
