Nueva experiencia lamentable con el servicio dd atwmcion al clientw Royal Canin.
Sus transportistas incumplen constantemente las entregas. En la ultima entrega me llamaron para confirmar la entrega un dia, todo el dia siguiente estuve en casa esperando y no aparecieron. Tuve que poner reclamación al transportista para que me entregase urgentemente.

Si teneis urgencia de su pienso no les compréis ya que no son de fiar.

Royal Canin, tant que tout va bien, pas de soucis.
Mais dès que vous rencontrez un problème avec une commande, on voit toute l'incompétence du service client et l'attitude de cette marque qui se fiche royalement de ses clients...
J'ai commandé le 17 février un sachet d'"Aliment complémentaire Joint & Ageing Chews" pour chien pour un montant de 15,29€. (CommandeRCFR001142469)
Reçu 2 jours plus tard, sans même ouvrir le sachet, rien qu'au toucher, je me suis rendue compte que les bouchées destinées à des chiens âgés étaient dures comme du béton.
Impossible pour mon petit chien de 12 ans et 2,6kg de mâcher ou d''avaler une telle chose !
Je fais une réclamation le jour même et c'est là que l'on voit le "j'm'enfoutisme" de la société.
On me demande des photos que j'envoie, malheureusement ils ne voient pas clair donc je renvoie, on me demande de patienter car le service qualité va regarder tout ça etc...
1 semaine plus tard, rien...J'envoie un mail (réclamation n°09569771), toujours rien. J'appelle, à part "remonter l'information au service concerné", on ne me dit rien de plus.
Une autre semaine passe, rien. Je rappelle, toujours rien.
Après 8 mails, 4 appels, le 17 mars 2026 (un mois après ma réclamation) je reçois enfin un mail me disant qu'"ils sont désolés du problème rencontré, qu'ils sont soucieux en permanence de proposer à leurs clients le meilleur service" et qu'ils m'ont remboursé.
Sauf que 12 jours plus tard aucun remboursement !
Donc rebelote, mails (sans réponse), appels, sans aucun effet.
J'en déduis qu'ils ont menti ! Pourquoi...?
Cette société est une honte ! Ils n'en ont rien à faire de leurs clients.
Vous écrivez pour rien, on vous ignore !
Quand vous appelez au N° indiqué, on vous dit qu'ils remontent l'information et qu'à part ça ils ne peuvent rien faire d'autre !
J'ai voulu économiser les frais d'envoi par rapport à d'autres sites, mal m'en a prit !
Donc, en ce qui me concerne, le meilleur conseil que je puisse vous donner, Royal Canin, fuyez à toutes jambes !

Dear makers.

When the meat actually is in gravy and the meat looks dark as it shows on the pouch then us cats love it.

Next batch my owner orders the meat is a lighter colour and the gravy looks more like a jelly.

We poor cats look at our food, sniff and turn away in disappointment.

Royal Canin please try and get some consistency in this product which is quite costly for our owner therefore us cats expect meat in gravy and not jelly.

Otherwise please change the packaging as you are misleading us cats and other owners.

Product is goed maar jullie moeten je schamen voor de prijs die jullie vragen. Jullie zijn medeplichtig aan het feit dat sommige dieren geen dieetvoer meer krijgen want niet iedereen kan bijna 20 euro betalen voor 1 doosje natvoer met 12 zakjes. Gelukkig kan ik het nog betalen maar ik spreek voor alle dieren die dieetvoer nodig hebben.

Ik ben zeer teleurgesteld in de prijs van royal canin . Het rond uit belachelijk hoe de prijs omhoog geschoten is voor geen enkele reden. Het is eten voor de hond geen kaviaar . Schamen jullie je

I have spend hundreds on this milk as a breeder, it appeared to be a huge mistake. Puppies always suffered from some kind of spots on their faces. Nowadays, i use different kind of milk and I am verry happy with it. There is no contact with this company, so if they don't bother themselves with my query, why should I?
Don't recommend at all if you want to have healthy puppies and dogs.

i have a 11 year old cross chihuahua/jack Russell, who has been a very fussy eater, a friend recommended royal Canin, and after a bout of tummy troubles I bought the 12plus range....wow my dog has completely changed she is now as bright as a button! thanks!!!!! these biscuits are superb!

Royal canon fibre response gekocht omdat onze langharige kat last had van het poepen. Harde keutels, geen regelmatige stoelgang. Sinds we per dag één hand vol fibre response te eten geven naast het gewone voer, wordt er dagelijks en gewoon gepoept. Mooie bijkomstigheid is dat s ochtends eerst het bakje fibre response leeggegeten wordt omdat het zo lekker is.

Tengo un cupón descuento y me pide que me registre en la página de Royal Canin... Así llevo 3 días y nada! Vaya timo, da la impresión que no quieren que te registres para no usar dichos cupones descuentos.

Vérifiez la composition des produits, des sucres et des farines pour des carnivores!

Awful pet food. Avoid at all costs. Full of grain, chemicals, preservatives and no single protein fresh meat content.

Si je pouvais mettre 0 je le ferais ! Très mauvaise marque avec une composition HORRIBLE !! Sans parler du taux de glucides IMPRESSIONNANT !
Rempli de farine et de sous-produits animal cette marque est lamentable ! Et j'en passe !!
Les gens devraient se renseigner avant de prendre n'importe quelle marque à leurs animaux !! Celle-ci est à proscrire !!

Was given a number by breeder to text in order to arrange call and welcome pack. Seemed like a lovely gesture.
Little did I know that this is a money making racket for RC.
The text cost 83p. Shortly after texting, I received a call from RC with music playing on the other end. I called their customer service to let them know and to arrange the welcome pack. That call cost me £3.50!
When I complained (via email this time!) they sent me a free bag of food. Whilst I appreciate the gesture, my opinion/perception of the brand has been destroyed by the whole process and I will be changing to another brand once this food has finished.

Two stars because this company is too difficult to contact , and what's with the 72p per minute to phone from UK ?
I am using one of their dog foods which is really helpful with digestion issues but putting on far too much weight too quickly ( I am following their portions guidelines ). Some advice on an alternative food to try would have been appreciated , especially as their products are expensive .
Very disappointed , and I'm now at a loss to decide the best alternative .
Better customer service for the little people , please , Royal Canin , and not just for retailers and breeders .
