I’ve bought a variety of products from Rowen & Wren over the years and every one has been of the highest quality. My most recent purchase was a beautiful rug that I had in my basket for over a year! So glad I decided to pull the trigger because it has completed my living room. The delivery was super fast.

I brought two different side tables and a standard lamp and shade. They are all beautiful and well made - the sort of quality you can imagine being handed down the generations. I had one hiccup in that a back order item got stuck in the system, but when I called, an extremely polite customer service representative apologised and arranged for it to be dispatched and it arrived next day. It's unrealistic not to expect occasional hiccups when ordering online, but how a company deals with that hiccup is what you should pay attention too, and in this I can't fault Rowen and Wren. Looking forward to future purchases.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. I will always support a good quality British company. Over half of their collection is now made in the UK, and they've been deliberately moving towards British manufacturers and independent crafts people which is wonderful. I like that. Their material is always high quality. Postage always prompt. Packaging always fully recyclable but well wrapped and the items always fully protected. I opted for a stunning oak table lamp and lampshade for my son’s room. It’s so beautful and the quality is everything I’d expect from a company like this. Very happy.

I bought the most delightful silk lampshade - the blue was really uplifting. It looks gorgeous teaming with my hanging crystals table lamp. Perfect!

I would mention that the packaging was quite battered but no internal damage - please give more thought to the product protection ...

Inspired by a previous purchase of the same mat in a different colour, I am taken with the quality and look! Just a little different, comfortable to step onto and looks great. Wash and dry well! Thank you for great service :)

I bought three beautiful velvet cushions with linen backs. They were delivered safely and promptly and I had lots of lovely communication through the process. I have given 4 stars as I think the down cushion filling could be a bit plumper. They just feel a little on the sparse side, especially compared to one other I bought the same in a different shade from a different company.

I am very happy with the product (Bilton bathroom shelves in brass) - I had had them on my radar for quite a while but was hesitant a bit due to their price + shipping costs (to EU) and so continued searching further. As I could not find anything that would match their desing + quality at this price level, I ended up buying theirs and they are stunning! Exactly as pictured, superb quality with fitting material attached, eco friendly but sturdy packaging. They perfectly complement my vintage looking like bathroom. They are worth every penny, highly recommend!

The customer service I received after having a problem with my order was excellent and far outweighed the issue I had. What was a really nice touch was a little written postcard with a beautiful picture on the front sent to me through the post separately to my order being delivered. The products are of exquisite quality and I will definitely be buying again.

Paid nearly £3000 for a sofa bearly one year ago. When my husband sat on the sofa the castor leg flew off and the sofa collapsed. On inspection there were 2 holes under the sofa (one where castor came out). We couldnt screw the castor back in. Emailed rowen and wren with this issue and photos provided. The next day we were sent an envalope and a little note. The envalope had 4 metal pieces in and a note to say for screwing castor in. These were useless. We have books propping this sofa up. We have a small, very loved, ragdoll cat and he often goes under this sofa, if he were there when this sofa collapsed he wouldnt be with us today. My husband weighs 11 stone and we have no children, he also could have been hurt. We told r&r we were uhappy with how they delt with this. We will be persuing and taking this to the ombesman under the consumer right act. Under this sofa is made of cheep playwood that you cant secure this castor back into. Its a big hole, the makers themseves must have had issuess as there are two holes . If I were able to I would post a vedio of this poorly made sofa. Made to look good but this one was obviousley defective. Customer service also poor with sorting this. We are hard workers and have waisted a lot of money on this faulty, dangerouse sofa.

Update. 21/9/26 .I have been contaced by Rowen and Wren and a plan is in place to resolve the above issuess.

I was worried about buying furniture online so contacted Rowen & Wren with some detailed questions on internal drawer measurements, delivery times and wood colour. They sent a sample of wood which helped me decide on the Stanton oak table and I am delighted with it.

A good experience.
We are very pleased with our chair. It looks great in the space we wanted it for and is comfortable and well made.
All the measurements are exactly as advertised, though it is a little smaller than we imagined it would be - which is not a Rowen and Wren fault!
The chair was delivered in the timescale stated and we were informed of when it would arrive, asked if that was convenient and the delivery came at the specified time.
Finally, a thank you to Zoe at customer services. We were undecided about what colour to choose. Discussion by email with Zoe was really helpful.
Both this query and my query about delivery, sent to Rowan and Wren by email, were promptly and effectively dealt with - great customer service- thank you.

My experience with Rowen and Wren has been nothing but exceptional.
The products are unique and of high quality.
The customer service was also 2nd to none. Response time was quick and extremely helpful.
They made me feel like a valued customer, therefore I would recommend anyone to shop with this wonderful business.

I purchased the Orla round gingham cushion which had been further reduced in the sale. It has added a wonderful pop of colour to my grain sack armchair. Delivery was prompt and Rowen and Wren offer a really charming service

I absolutely love these fab, beautifully made little stars! I actually bought them to use all year round, hanging from some branches on the kitchen mantle shelf as the colours are perfect! Thank you so much Rowen & Wren...I'll definitely be back for more of your lovely wares!

I bought a small wooden lamp and shade as a present for my daughter. It is solid, beautifully made and very tasteful aesthetically.
