You may get you goods - eventually if you persist.
Having placed order and had this confirmed, I waited for despatch notification. Nothing arrived. Contacted supplier who said package may have got lost on way to depot. If lost they would replace. Eight hours later nothing on a Friday. Emailed over the weekend. Website showed no sign of despatch still. Emailed Monday asking for despatch that day on a 24 hr to mitigate problems or refund. Response was apology and get the order out - but not when! Tuesday after another email I get another ‘order confirmation’. Appalling customer service with no effort to mitigate problems. No response to last three emails. No refund even though I asked for one if they didn’t despatch yesterday. Would I recommend- no. Not worth the hassle.

Can the errors get any worse? The order was despatched yesterday and arrived today - however only part of it arrived! Also received refund yesterday. I only ever wanted my original order in the timeframe advertised.
A great shopping experience.
I will certainly be a returning customer. I ordered 2 x12kg bags of Burns Weight Control Food on Monday and it arrived safely on Thursday. The price was the cheapest I could find online and the delivery was free. I emailed customer service on the Wednesday to enquire how long it was likely to take to be shipped and delivered and received a very prompt response saying it would be out for next day delivery! Brilliant buying experience! Thank you.

Late Delivery and little help
Ordered crate. Delivery time advised 7-10 days.
The order was completed Monday morning. Contacted on Thursday to check due to changing crate size on the Monday morning and hadn't had confirmation. Was advised that the crate would be sent 'after the weekend' and would be 7-10 days from then. . I have had no update. If it takes the time now stated it will be too late for my needs. I chose romypets over innerwolf as although more expensive, the apparent delivery time was quicker and would have left me lots of leeway before leaving to travel. Has not arrived yet but this is the second email asking me to review. Was going to wait until it arrived but all contact and support has now stopped.
Where is my order?
I ordered the products over a week ago and was advised that it would be delivered in 2-4 working days. I have emailed customer services and had no response. I have rang their helpline and it just requests you email. Think twice about using this company.

Certainly wasn’t great service. My order didn’t arrive in the time stated I had to email to chase it up. When it did arrive there was one missing item and one wrong item. I did email but haven’t received a response yet .

Really like using Romy Pets for buying my dogs treats. I buy the Pet Munchies range for him. I like that they are low fat and small. And very reasonably priced too. And the SALE items in the range change each month which is good. We use them for training. Dog likes them too. Speedy, decently priced delivery too. Happy dog, happy owner.
