I placed a order 10/11/2022 which was supposed to be 2-4 days shipping. 5 days later i received an email saying my parcel was on its way. I then got fed up of waiting so wrote an email on the 21/11/2022 to customer services and found the owners email online so cc'd him in. I received an email from the owner that day saying he'd look into it shortly followed by an update - I was given the owners personal number in case I needed to get in touch.I received the package on the 23rd but it was miles to big so on the 24/11/2022 sent an email asking how do I return? No reply so I sent another email 1/12/2022 and finally received a response - was sent a returns label. However the returns label had expired so the post office couldn't accept the return.I then sent another email on the 2/12/2022 chasing up about needing a new returns label , I sent a text and another email on the 13/12/2022 asking if he could get back to me, a week later sent another message and now its the 20/12/2022 i'm still awaiting a reply! Awful customer service! I wish I had read the reviews before ordering as now I'm left with a dog coat which is no use to us, I've had to buy another from elsewhere and I've lost £53.96!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER! I spent over £250 in Dec'22 on goods that could not be supplied. I asked for orders to be cancelled, which they were but when it came to the associated refunds, they were not forthcoming. I called several times and left messages and when I got no response I followed them up with emails, still no response. I received messages from PayPal saying refunds had been processed just to find they'd been cancelled by the seller at the last minute. This happened 5 times over a period of 2 months and I then had to take more formal steps to get my money back. Thankfully PayPal does know what good service looks like and they refunded me, unlike Romypets who take your money and then just ignore you or lie about sending your refund. The business owner should be ashamed of himself, this is no way to run a business. If you've bitten off more than you can chew then as an absolute minimum be honest with people and if you're in financial difficulty, stop stealing customer's money, be big enough to know when it's time to quit and shut up shop! You still have my money Romypets, so I hope PayPal prosecute and take you to the cleaners! A WARNING TO OTHERS - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER UNLESS YOU'RE WILLING TO THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY AS YOU WON'T GET YOUR GOODS AND YOU DEFINITELY WON'T GET YOUR REFUND!

Do not trust this company
Do not trust this company. They have taken my money (£42.10) from my credit card and cancelled my order. They have assured me that they have refunded my money, which is a blatant lie. They have now stopped answering my emails. Apparently the business is closing down, not surprised if they treat their customers the way they do. DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, you will regret it.

This business is clearly in distress and the people running are clearly acting inappropriately out of desperation.

Shocking company. No standards. No professionalism. Took my money on the 5th Feb, confirmed order, sent a ridiculous tracking link.. then nothing. Pretty damn p*** poor company.

Despite having successfully dealt with Romypets several times, our latest order was just cancelled and refunded by Paypal without any communication from Romypets regarding a reason, apology or possibility of fulfilling any future bird food request.

Have been told by Romypets they are closing down so why were they still taking orders and money. Still not got my refund which they said I would. Waiting to see what PayPal are doing about it. Things are bad enough just now without losing money we need.

Ordered dog shampoo and a specific flea spray. After waiting a week I phoned and they apologised, said they had a flood and had moved premises - fair enough. Took another 2 weeks and 2 emails for me to get my order which was incorrect! The wrong flea spray and a cheaper one than I had originally paid for too! So lost some of my money. Can't get through on the phone and now they are ignoring my emails!

Romypets is a disgrace taking my money and pretending to refund only to cancel it twice. No explanations just silence.

Ordered, charged, no shipment
I ordered the jumper, was charged, got notified of its shipment, but no tracker is included. Two weeks later I still have nothing in my hands with no clear indication it really did ship. Email to the business now tell me they've gone out of business?

No goods or refund
Ordered dog food on 10th January, nothing delivered afterv10 days. Spoke to the owner who said there were problems with their roof and they were having to move. HE suggested a refund, I was unhappy they hadn't bothered to contact me. Umpteen phonecalls and messages later I am still waiting on my refund of just under £30. I think they're in financial trouble and just taking in as much money as they can.
Shop closed
Order was late so emailed them. No response so went to find phone number. Disconnected.
Sign on website said SHOP IS CURRENTLY CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
