Placed an order on the 16th which said shipping in 2-4 days, 5 days later I hadn't heard anything so I tried to webchat with them, no reply. I've emailed with no reply and tried calling them as well. Since I hadn't even had a dispatch notice yet, I emailed them and asked them to refund my order as there are far more reliable companies for the same cost (viopets, zooplus). I will wait a short while longer and then contact PayPal.

Ordered some dog treats on the 6th of January 2 to 4 days was quoted.
Hadn't received anything or notification by the 15th no contact by phone possible e-mail not anwered .
Entually was notified on the 17th that they had courier issues and would be despatched that morning now the 20th and still no sign of my order which is 74103 .
Looks like a business in trouble will leave a couple more days then contact paypal

Terrible purchasing experience, Ordered goods on 3rd Jan with a shipping time estimate of 2 to 4 days. No update received after 7 days so I asked for a progress status via web chat but zero response. Received a shipping notice on Jan 12th but goods did not arrive until the 18th. Part of the order, a plastic tub of dog treats, had been heavily damaged.
Disappointed but now fully resolved
UPDATED REVIEW. Contact was made and promised despatch yesterday which it was and received today. 10 days delivery not the end of the world but when advised 2-4 days it can cause worry especially when contact goes unanswered. Maybe during this time a message on your website may manage expectations for customers to expect longer despatch/delivery times. Your prices are very competitive. The coat was between £10-£20 cheaper than your competitors so would have bought even with longer delivery. Thank you for resolving and for a great product.
Unfortunately, this seems to be the only way to get a reply so last resort. Like numerous recent reviews no response to chat messages or emails regarding an order from a week ago. Phones just go to answerphone. Used company before without any issue and therefore had no problem in using again so something has drastically changed. Wish I had read reviews first. Appreciate delays can occur but no reposnse to customer contact is not acceptable. If no reply by Monday lunchtime will be opening a claim via PayPal. Order #74569.

The usual great experience
I have been using Romypets for the last 5 years and have had fantastic service and delivery. I last used them in November and wondered how it would be now, due to some recent bad reviews due to courier issues.
I placed a bulk order on Sunday evening and have since received emails updating me of every stage of delivery.
Delivery was received Tuesday morning by Yodel and placed in my hall because the boxes were so heavy.
Fantastic service. Very happy customer.

UPDATE 25.01.23: Customer service has been in touch and yesterday the goods arrived. Good item, good price but poor customer service.

Beware! No information about order; No response on phone or chat. I placed a £59 order 10 days ago and then dead silence. No information at all about availability or delay. No one answers the customer service phone (029 2236 2765) and no one is on the chat (it says 'received not read'). I am about to call my credit card company to refuse this payment.

UPDATE - owner has been in contact and has promised to rectify problem.
Will continue to leave bad reviews until they sort my order. Asked me did I want to wait for an item from my order that was supposed to be shipped before Christmas.. 3 weeks later after no contact at all. Then I get an email to say it has been shipped 10 days ago, no tracking number and no sign of my order. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I dont understand how this company is still a thing it has got to be a scam .You can not take peoples money then do not post items out and do not reply .I will never use this company again its been a complete waste of my time my pets have been needing and waiting on these items its been 8 days and they haven't even been dispatched my pets are now going to have to wait a longer time for there items as i will now have to pursue a refund via paypal and then reorder from a reputable company . Read the reviews before buying i wish i had .

I placed a order 10/11/2022 which was supposed to be 2-4 days shipping. 5 days later i received an email saying my parcel was on its way. I then got fed up of waiting so wrote an email on the 21/11/2022 to customer services and found the owners email online so cc'd him in. I received an email from the owner that day saying he'd look into it shortly followed by an update - I was given the owners personal number in case I needed to get in touch.I received the package on the 23rd but it was miles to big so on the 24/11/2022 sent an email asking how do I return? No reply so I sent another email 1/12/2022 and finally received a response - was sent a returns label. However the returns label had expired so the post office couldn't accept the return.I then sent another email on the 2/12/2022 chasing up about needing a new returns label, I sent a text and another email on the 13/12/2022 asking if he could get back to me, a week later sent another message and now it's the 20/12/2022 I'm still awaiting a reply! Awful customer service! I wish I had read the reviews before ordering as now I'm left with a dog coat which is no use to us, I've had to buy another from elsewhere and I've lost £53.96!

Placed 2 seperate orders with this company 2 weeks ago, shipping said 2-4 days but nothing. No updates on shipping. Tried to contact them via email, messenger and phone but no luck. Since sending email one of my orders ( the 2nd one) had now been marked as shipped but not up date on the 1st. I’m not very hopeful that this will arrive.

I placed an order in December that has not been delivered. I haven't received any communication re the order. I have emailed them and messaged on the message system on their website. I've asked for a refund but this hasn't happened.

I placed two orders over two weeks ago still not received any of my orders. I emailed to be told orders are on the way that's over five days ago.
AVOID
I regrettably ordered from this company. It appears that the 'in stock' items weren't! My first parcel didn't arrive until 4 weeks later, the second parcel (part of same initial order) another two weeks. Attempts to contact them by telephone were unsuccessful, email contact hasn't been replied to. Most of the items were returned and I am still awaiting a refund. This is now in excess of two months since the order was made. Yet again no reply to my emails, phone goes straight to answerphone! VERY DISAPPOINTED!
Update: Within a couple hours of posting this review I was contacted by Matt and my refund has now been processed and received. Thank you, this was greatly appreciated.

Worst experience
As others have pointed out, the money was taken immediately for goods. They say the items will deliver within 2-3 days. Then they never dispatch 2 weeks later now. It's not courier problem. This shop dose not dispatch to the courier. I have called them a lot, but no response on the phone and answering machine says "send email." I sent email them but no response by email. Finally I reported to paypal for refund. I am asking PAYPAL to give me a refund right now. I dont need the item anymore. I have bought same goods from other shop. I am NOT happy with their bad service. How can I reply to you. Should I wite my order number here??????

However waited several weeks to get.
Was told it had been sent when I didn’t receive.
Poor customer service.
