I bought the property through Romans Sales then used the Lettings team to find me a tenant. Nothing was too much trouble, and we were kept updated every step of the way. Steve, Mark & Nathan from the Lettings team were very helpful & professional and provided great customer service. I would highly recommend Romans and will certainly use them again in the future.

We had a very good experience with Romans Sunningdale. We've dealt with them before and we were very pleased. Overall the service from the Sunningdale branch was excellent. They kept us informed on a regular basis. We were very impressed by the customer service. Chloe and Atesh were amazing. Between them, they dealt with everything in a professional and calm manner.
We would definitely recommend the Sunningdale branch.  

My mother purchased through Romans and the payment was through Klarna. Can't get a refund on one of the items because the Klarna code doesn't come through to login. Pathetic.

Kaitlyn Young sorted out a problem regarding an exit inventory for me within 24 hrs. She is easy to contact and pleasant to talk to.

The viewing was arranged smoothly, and we were fortunate to have our offer accepted with a quick turnaround. As far as I am aware, I have never used this agent and started receiving property alerts from them (as I am mid search to buy a house). Can only assume an affiliated company passed my data to them and they started sending me property emails that have zero relevance so what I am actually searching for (i.e I'm looking for a detached house and I am sent apartments in an area I am not considering).

Upon unsubscribing, I receive an email stating that it could take up to 10 days to complete.

Totally underhanded way of dealing with data as I do not recall ever giving my permission to send Marketing emails, I am not looking for property in their area and they can't even get the type of property I am searching for right. It's just spamming emails in the hope they get a viewing.

Just because of that, I will avoid using this agent should I want to view a property in their area
