the product is great, pre sales support excellent. The only thing that was disappointing was obtaining the proper instructions for the fitting. However, having done it once, I have no doubt, I will buy from them again.

We have just installed the 2nd blind ordered from Roller Blinds Direct and we are delighted.
The range of options, colours, styles, etc., is great and we got exactly what we wanted in both cases.
The blinds were cut exactly to out specifications and are easy to install.
The quality is fantastic so I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for blinds of any sort.
The only slight downside is the time it takes from initial order to delivery. Having said that, as we were in no particular hurry, it didn't matter in our case.

Very mixed experience unfortunately. Spent close to £500 on several blinds. There was a long delay in delivery. When I received them, there were a few minor issues but it's the way the company dealt with them that has been a problem. First I mentioned to them that one of the blind tubes had been roughly cut (jagged pieces of metal sticking out) and they didn't respond on this point at all. Second, the had sent the wrong mechanism for two blinds. They eventually resent replacements but when I eventually opened the packet at the point i was ready to deal with them, they too turned out to be the wrong ones! I have emailed back and not received a response yet after 2 days. I had also requested a refund of the original delivery charge given the long delivery delay, which the agreed to and said had been processed...but it never actually materialised. Just so annoyed that what should have been a simple job has dragged on for so long, with some blinds still not able to go up. Oh, and one of the mechanisms is very stiff and noisy! Would absolutely not order from here again.

Very happy with the double blind which was a perfect fit and ideal for the window. Delivery was prompt and in line with their promised delivery date. Will be using them again.

The quality of the blind and fittings is good but the screws are of poorer quality. In one the head came off and in another I wore the slot so that I couldn't screw it in further but could unscrew it. The pilot hole, into wood, needs to be just right.

The control is very noisy and stiff when retracting the blind. My advice would be to upgrade the control mechanism.

I have ordered blind where I had to wait almost a month for delivery where it says I will be dispatched 3-7 days
One bracket is missing for hanging blind.
The fabric at the top of roll blind is not glued properly and not cutted nicely! Iam very disappointed I will not order from this company again

Very pleased with the blind. It looks good and the fitting mechanism (screwless) is effective and ingenious. It was despatched on the promised day. I had a little problem in communicating with the carrier to change the delivery date

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Roller Blinds Direct. I ordered eight roller blinds on 16/04/25: six were promised for dispatch within 4–5 days, and two with an estimated dispatch of 10–12 working days.

On 09/05/25-weeks after I placed my order-I received an email stating that two of the blinds were out of stock. I then had to call the company myself to cancel these items from my order.

Despite making three phone calls and sending five emails, I still have not received a delivery date for the remaining blinds, nor have I received a confirmation email regarding the cancellation.

Communication has been poor and the service is far from professional. I spent nearly £500 on this order and expected a much higher standard of service, especially as someone who manages over 4,000 properties and orders blinds almost every week for the past 18 years. I have never experienced such poor service from any blinds company before.

If you are looking for professional and reliable service, I strongly advise you to stay away from Roller Blinds Direct. My experience has been frustrating and unacceptable.

Excellent company and excellent blinds! After pondering for many weeks on the best blinds for our new cottage, I got some samples for the double roller blinds offering us the best of both worlds! Glad I got the samples as they were really useful. We ordered one to see what it looked like and it was so good, we ordered another 3 (so far!). Opted for expedited delivery and the blinds arrived in excellent time, easy to put up and perfect "inset" measurements. They look great and can't fault the whole experience. I even emailed them about a large bay window asking for advice and they responded with helpful guidance and options. Thank you
