Rockher customer service was amazing, my lady loved her new ring. We were able to pick the perfect setting and diamond. It was great being able to pick the diamond and design know it will be custom made. It also beat any price of any local jeweler. We will definitely use their services again for other jewelry needs in the future. Highly recommended.

I am so happy with my ring! And I couldn't ask for better customer service, these guys (and girls) are great! Especially Tracy. She went above and beyond to help me and make sure I was happy. And one night when I was having technical difficulties with my devices, she stayed online with me way passed business hours. I think t was passed 8pm when I was finally able to complete my order. I decided I would design one, but figured I couldn't afford it. After talking with Shawn, I realized it was possible! Shawn and the whole design team were very helpful and communicated well as we talked about designs. They understood how important this was, and worked with me to make a one of a kind ring. Some background: I live in South Korea, with the woman of my dreams. Almost 7 years after we first met, I thought it was time to take our relationship to the next level. I started my search for the perfect ring. I looked locally, in stores and online, for a ring that checked all my boxes. Since you're here reading this, you can guess what my conclusion was.

I widened my net a little bit and stumbled upon RockHer. I found a ring style that I thought she'd love, and I found a great diamond that met my specs and budget.

I reached out to the people at RockHer to inquire about their international shipping policies. Sure they could ship to Korea, fully insured, no worries. I couldn't redeem a particular coupon that they were offering at the time, so they gave me a crazy-good shipping deal instead.

Money isn't the point of all of this (Okay, who am I kidding?!), but I ended up paying 30% less than I would have if I had bought locally, AND I got a ring that she and I are both actually happy with.

This would have been a five-star experience even if she didn't say yes.

Ordered our engagement ring right before the Christmas holiday. The diamond I picked was sold to someone else that same day, I was contacted and given a suitable replacement diamond. Shipping from California to michigan I received my ring 14 hours after it shipped, absolutely amazing. My girlfriend loved it. I am very happy with my experience and the beauty of the ring.
