Established Carrickfergus, Northern Ireland in 1954 by William & Annie Robinson as a local leather workshop and traditional cobbler, Robinson's has been at the centre of Carrickfergus for over 60 years. Robinson's price was the best that I could find for the shoes that I bought. The service they provided was excellent and I would use them again.

The personal touch

The personal touch matters so much. Kevin's phonecall, assuring me of their service, made me a lifetime customer. I've used Robinson's before and most certainly will again. Quality is more than material.

Loake purchase!

Having ordered Loake shoes on line through Robinson's I was told they were now discontinued but had paid for the shoes. I was offered to choose a different product which I requested based on a similar deal and While I have had to wait for a resolution this has now been addressed, happy with the offer and the deal on a different product.

Great Service

I ordered my shoes in between the Christmas and new year holiday which caused a brief delay in taking delivery. No need to worry though as the shoes came well packed and the shoes were exactly as described. I would definitely recommend Robinsons Shoes and will undoubtably order from them again.

For Barker shoes

Barkers didn't have my size in stock in their sale, Robinsons did plus an extra saving as well. Their service was excellent from order to delivery and I will certainly shop with them again.

Loake purchase

After searching for many weeks trying to find a great pair of shoes especially in the sale. I found Robinsons shoes to be very professional. Item , communication, and delivery first class...really pleased.. many thanks..and will recommend...

Bad communication but was due to Xmas break.

I am waiting on a pair of Loake Hyde boots. I rang and was told they would be a week before they were with me. Then then received a response to an earlier email I sent saying they had no stock of the boots and it would be 2-3 weeks. I went onto the site and they are still in stock according to that. I sent this in a reply but have still not heard back on this. I understand it's after Christmas but I'm getting a lot of mixed messages for an expensive lair of boots

edit:my issues were resolved and the hold up was due to the backlog of orders over xmas. The support team have been very helpful with the resolution of the order and i am now expecting the new boots at the end of this week.
