The Rigid Kitchen Company Recenzje

Fabulous experience again with Rigid Kitchen. We recently moved into a new home and were disappointed with the kitchen island and lack of storage. We asked John if he could completely redesign it whilst matching up with the existing units and quartz top. Nothing was ever too much trouble with excellent communication throughout. Andy did a superb and meticulous job of fitting and it is now the kitchen we have always wanted. Many thanks and we look forward to working with you again for the bedroom wardrobes.

A brilliant company, from start to finish. John provided us with great support at the design and planning stage and Chris did a brilliant job with the installation. We're thrilled with our gorgeous new kitchen and would thoroughly recommend Rigid to others

Fantastic service from start to finish. John and his team have a wealth of knowledge and experience. After spending the last couple of years visiting quite a few kitchen fitting shops we were so close to signing up with a famous high street one, then a leaflet for Rigid came through our door. How lucky were we? We made an initial visit to have a look at the showroom, then John came to visit us and have a chat about what we were looking for. A few days later he invited us in to see what he'd come up with, needless to say we were not disappointed! There was no hard sell from John or his team and they supplied us with our design. When we did contact them to go ahead we were then assigned a fitter. We was really lucky to have been assigned Colin and Sam. Nothing was too much trouble, Colin has lots of experience and was always happy to advise us, also on hand to help us find other tradespeople. They made the whole process run seamlessly, they were meticulous and dedicated. They were even happy to take on some extra carpentry work for us, again to a very high standard!
All I can say is if you are thinking of visiting Rigid, then do, you certainly won't regret it!
A big thank you to John and all his team, Colin and Sam our fitters as we now have our dream kitchen😊

Lovely kitchen. Just what I wanted. Excellent quality. Never seen a workman so dedicated. Thank you Andy Cowmeadow.

Very happy with the assistance in the design and layout. Fitting work was first class.

From the start Rigid were really helpful, honest and made the process easy for us to choose a kitchen we love and will enjoy for years to come. Thank you!

The team at Rigid were very professional and the entire process was very smooth. Would recommend!

The team at Rigid did a great job in the design and delivery, we are vey happy with the finished result, special thanks to Andy who did an outstanding job in the installation.
Highly recommend the company.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but Rigid Kitchens truly deserve one!

I needed a new kitchen without breaking the bank, and after looking at the usual big names and tradespeople, I was put off by poor designs, questionable quality, inflated costs, and pushy sales tactics.

Rigid were recommended by a family friend, and from the very first meeting the experience was in a different league. The design was excellent, the sales process friendly and pressure-free, and they offered a complete service including installation. The trades team were professional, everything was project managed from start to finish, and communication was spot on throughout.

No hidden costs, no nasty surprises, and their aftercare has also been great.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Rigid to friends and family.

Delighted with the kitchen and the service provided and would totally recommend this company.
A special word of praise should go to the fitter Lee who was outstanding. Nothing was too
much for him, going above and beyond our expectations. His “can do attitude” and ability to problem solve was amazing.

The team from Rigid Kitchen Company were professional, efficient and extremely skilled. We have the kitchen of our dreams, super modern and very practical. The kitchen quality is superb and Spence, along with Lee, Paul, Nathan and Matt have fitted it to perfection. The customer service has been great throughout, listening and responding to our wants/needs. Thank you

Honest, professional, no nonsense people. Knowledgeable and just deliver an excellent product at a very competitive price. No up-selling or hidden extras. Smooth dealings from inception to completion. Fitter they recommended equally brilliant, excellent workmanship, prompt, tidy and polite. Would recommend this company without hesitation

Without a doubt the whole experience of designing, costing and installing our new kitchen through Rigid Kitchen Company was 5* and we cannot recommend them highly enough. We've had so many comments not only about the design and quality of the install but also about how seamless the process was compared to others' experiences.
From first visiting the showroom and chatting to the team, to John's design and advice, to Anna's communication, to the fabulous fitters Dean and Andy and all their recommended workmen, the whole experience was perfect, and we are now very much enjoying the kitchen we wanted. This company care and have integrity to get it right for you. Thank you so much!

Massive thankyou to John and his fabulous team at Rigid Kitchens for creating our beautiful kitchen!
We have used Rigid several times over the years for an office fit out, wardrobes, family members kitchens and have recommended them many times.
What makes it so special is the personal touches of a local family firm where every member of staff wants to make the whole process of choosing a kitchen, designing it and fitting it as stress free as they can with their wealth of knowledge! Nothing is too much trouble.
Many thanks as well to Chris, a perfectionist of a fitter!!!

We are absolutely delighted with our kitchen and can't recommend Rigid highly enough.
The whole process from start to finish was fantastic.
John and Anna were absolutely brilliant giving us great advice and support to get the kitchen we wanted.
Everyone who worked on our kitchen were highly skilled and professional. We were very lucky to have had Dean and Andy as our excellent fitters.
A big thankyou to everyone.

Where do I start.
Rigid have been amazing, John the owner isn't pushy at all. once ordered, you are assigned a fitter, ours was Spencer, such a maticulous man. Always on time and gives 100%. The sub contractors Spencer uses were all helpful, extremely experinced, well established and skilled in there fields.
Our finished kitchen is AMAZING. Absolutely love it.
Thank you so much Rigid

We received excellent advice, design and service from John, Dave and Anna.
John worked with our builders to ensure plans and timelines were met.
We were particularly fortunate to have the craftsmanship of Spencer fitting the kitchen. His precision, knowledgeable guidance and quality of work was exceptional.
A quality kitchen from a professional and friendly team.
Thanks from very happy customers.
The Boulds

Our experience with rigid kitchens was fabulous right from the start when we went to the showroom at Shenstone. John came to visit and measured up and offered lots of useful advice. Rigid kitchens worked well with our builders. Dean and Andy the kitchen fitters were amazing. Friendly, jolly and very professional. We are so pleased with the quality of the kitchen units and work surfaces.

I had a kitchen fitted in 2020 i had a problem with wall unit door not closing i contacted Rigid kitchen company to see if i could purchase another door because the other door was damaged. I spoke to Anna and explained what my problem was she arranged for Lee to come out to see what the problem was. Lee identified what the problem was. We arranged for Lee to come out to rectify the problem. Lee said that I would need a new door. Lee contacted me on 4/2/25 to see if he could come to fit door. I would recommend this company had no hassle from them they just got the job done.

Where can we start. We chose Rigid, firstly as they were recommended to us and secondly as John re-designed our kitchen in a way we had never considered. He really listened to us about the things we didn't like in our previous kitchen and adapted the design to meet our needs and preferences. The finished kitchen exceeded our expectations. Working with Rigid's lovely team of contractors made the whole process really smooth and easy. Richard and his dad did an exceptional plastering job with an amazing finish. Matt looked after us with the plumbing and our heating issues. Nathan and Paul guided us through the electrics with a great sense of humour. Nothing was a problem for Paul with the floor. Spencer project managed and fitted the kitchen, what a perfectionist. He was happy to answer our questions and explain things and give us the benefit of his experience when we were making decisions. He wasn't afraid to say if he didn't think something would work or to suggest something. He did an amazing job with our bespoke fitted media unit, it's better than we imagined. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rigid or any of the people we met through this process, thank you!
