Excellent service
I have been dealing with Richer Sounds for many a year now . And have always been happy with their service . I had a problem with a receiver , which was thought to be unrepairable . They took it in and I received it back today . Repaired . The service I got during this time was unreal . I would like to thank all the staff I was in contact with . A special thanks for Jess here , she couldn’t do enough . I have no hesitation in recommending Richer Sounds from the sales to service departments . You won’t be disappointed

Friendly Staff and Excellent After Sales Support
I've been meaning to write this review for some time, but I just want to say a big thank you to all the staff at RicherSounds.ie.

Top notch customer service by Emma as well as 20% off a new 2025 oled tv that's not available anywhere down south yet, another additional 10 euro off for first order,6 years warranty and a free soundbar. Definitely have a customer for life and will be recommending to anyone looking for a new tv

The best customer service I've ever…
The best customer service I've ever received for a delivery. Richer Sounds were able to provide a narrow delivery window. They staff checked in with me when it was going to be slightly late. It arrived very slightly late, a couple of minutes after this check in, and they followed up with me (several times until they managed to get me) to make sure it was delivered properly. 5 star, I wish all companies were this pleasant to deal with.

Excellent company to deal with
Purchased online for delivery to Kerry. When I wanted to change my initial order to a larger TV, Gareth took care of it over the phone no problem. Emma kept me updated on delivery and gave great aftersales care. Excellent service overall, best I've experienced in a long time.

Living in Dublin and bought tcl 805 TV…
Living in Dublin and bought tcl 805 TV 65 inch. Including delivery was almost 35% cheaper than power city or Harvey normans
This is obviously a large reason but also throw in a 6 year guarantee
The lady rang me to arrange delivery, all perfect with couriers. And then rang to check was delivered ok. Seriously this is excellent customer service. Perfect experience and will definitely be using again and recommending to family and friends

Great customer service
Purchased a 55” LG G series Tv and received fantastic service from Gareth (Belfast Store).
We struggled to choose between the C and G series but Gareth was able to tell us the differences between the two, what offers were on and what his recommendations were, his product knowledge is very good.
We were told that delivery wouldn’t be till next week due to the easter holidays but was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from him the very next day to say that the TV was ready to be delivered.
Would highly recommend!!

RicherSounds - Fantastic Customer Service…
My experience with RicherSounds could not be better to be honest. Recently had an issue with a Projector that had a 6 yr warranty- it just died on me. Sent it to them - 09/04/25 - was repaired and delivered back to me in perfect condition on 24/04/25. I was kept up to date at all stages. Fantastic Customer Service. (in particular Jess Magee)
